error 1814

I completed the Mara KQ just now and when i went to open my treasure chest it told me error 1814 and I got nothing as a reward. That is the whole purpose of those quests is for that good reward at the end.* After the King Slime quest i received a good sword for my fighter makes it all worth it.* Just wondering if this is being addressed or is even known about.*

i think they havnt even tried to fix it if u look near the bottom off this group of forums mine is there also and is called error #1814 as well.
