Reporting?

Throughout my experience in this game I have come across some things that should not be allowed, Flaming in chat, Spamming with friend requests, leeching in a KQ, or even character names with indecent words. My question is...

There is a report feature in the game that does not seem to work, how does one go about reporting these things? is there a forum thread somewhere that i am not aware of?

you hit your print-screen button, and the pictures save to a file called "fiesta" in your "My Documents", upload them to a photo-hosting site (tinypic, photobucket, etc), and PM the screen-shots to Fiesta_Help
