Confused on cap raise

on fiesta in the past couple of days. I hear people saying its the 12th of August and I hear people saying its this Sunday. Anyone know 100% when it is. I can't find it posted on the forums anywhere so are these just rumors or what?

mostly everyone is a fiesta addict xD... i started in September.... since then i play everyday ther hasn't been a die i hvnt played for less then 2 hours... unless my internet got shutdown and i went on vacation for 6 days lol...

im pretty sure its not gonna be on a sunday, and im pretty sure they will give you like a weeks notice, because they usually do that when the add patches... so i suggest just wait for the announcement cause they will most likely announce it before they implement it

I highly doubt they will raise it at august 12th >_< considerng theres no official announcement have been up yet and ppl hearing rumor in roumen that GMs shouted it will be on 12th of august O_O Really hope they keep their promise this time..

Talk of a cap raise first came right after the Dec, 18 patch which raised the cap from Lv 59 to Lv 79. Talk was that Outspark was aiming to raise the cap in 6-8 months. Though much has come in the way, various bugs and other mishaps I'm sure have delayed the intended timespan of the cap raise. Honestly, I'd be surprised if it came about in August, there are so many issues that would need to be worked on if there were a cap raise.

EX: What about weapons and armor? After the raise to 79, most continued to use their Lv 44-50 gear, because t3 weapons and armor could not be reliably enhanced, due to the fact that the cash shop did not have perfect eyes and miles for tier 3 equips. Equipment at Lv 84+ will be tier 4, will Outspark add the corresponding Eyes and Miles to the cash shop?

What about scroll, stone, and potion production? Will the tier 4 production skills become readily available? You can acquire t4 scrolls and pots from the KQs, but I doubt this would be enough, it would be a good idea to make the production skills available. As for tier 4 stones, they would be almost useless without the cash shop items.

Also, Burning Rock is to open when the level cap is raised, that level, and it's quests and mobs, etc, must be thoroughly tested.

There are more issues too, I just dont see all that being done in the next 3 weeks or so.

Last I heard there was no official notice, just more rumors. It all mostly came up again when a few weeks ago someone started a thread saying that GM_Silkypico "confirmed" the cap raise would be in august, but we've all heard that before...I jsut pray it isn't later than august cause if it is...well lets just say they have enough people annoyed that it hasn't been raised yet.

Well if they do it in august technically they didn't lie when they said 6-8 months. August is the last month. But there are many branches to developers. I promise you there is more than 1. So some are probably working on the new equips and so on. And everything is already created. Look at BK it shows you they are created. It just depends on the alterations and translating.

I agree it shouldn't be done again. Of course really the only reason I don't like it is because almost every staff member at one time or another said that the contest didn't apply to Epith and that we wouldn't receive any prizes, then they turn around and start handing them out...I would have come in second if I had known...sry rant...

So ummm with all these push backs is it just going to raise to 89 or is it jumping 20 lvls to 99 (hopes for 99) if we waited 8 months for 10 lvls up then is it 8 more months to 99 then 8 months after that..

Well as Rakeo said 89 (or so we've been told), but hopefully future cap raises won't take so freaking long, or if they do we will hopefully get what the Koreans recently got which was a raise from like 89-129 with the third job change and alot of nice looking maps. I actually hope we get a raise from 89-99 or 109 in like four months with maps to go with them then up to 129 eventually (I'll proly stop playing long before then XD) Basically its be patient or leave...

If in the first 2 months we have tons of 89 cappies, and the new content isn't good enough, those next two months are gonna be when a lot of people leave, and this is only based off of the assumption that'll it'll be a 4 month wait in between.




This may not apply, but it just strikes me as funny, Avatar ended before the cap raise happening, and any loyal fan of that awesome show knows how painful and severe the wait was.

man, sometimes on any map I been to, all of them, I'll be killing a monster, and the thing starts sliding, then when I kill it, like a few mins later, I start to slide, if I dont move I go off of map:P have to relogin, and then I end up in roumen most of the time somehow.

Theres somthign wrong with this patch where it kicks the user off, back to the launcher. When u try to log back in it just goes back to luancher...first time i ever had this problem and it was right after i installed the patch.

I've seen some quest lists that say Max Level: 129, so I can verify that they have had a cap raise, because the list is translated. But yea, maybe it won't take a bajillion and a half years to get a capraise around this joint?

And cause the need of more glitches to be ironed out. So yeah. Even when it happens it's likely it won't be perfect. But I would prefer the animation glitch on Heal be fixed soon. And Revives isn't too bad, just funny.

It plays the whole animation in about 1 second. It's supposed to take 7 or so. D=
