Please Help >_< I cannot run the launcher and the game

Whenever I*double click*the outpack.exe icon, a error message popup saying:

C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe

This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect.* Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I have reinstalled and redownload the game so many times already :/*

This happened to me too but the luancher i clicked was on desktop so i tryed the launcher in outspark folder and it worked.

Both of them don't work on me &amp;gt;_&amp;lt;&amp;quot;!!
