How can I get my warrior to become a cleverfighter ?

I allways saw in center of screen things like "Someone" got hes char to lvl cleverfighter or something like that. And i don't know how to do it. Please help me.

get to lvl 20. then do the "level up quest" then it turns into the "shadow quest." and then fight a clone kill it, then your a cleaverfigther and can use lvl +20 armor and 2h weapons. you get it in elderine form master mary or someone by the caption.

lmao be4 u do that qeust u should buy Vit,Def,Power scolls cuz u got to fight ur own self and lets just say ur shadow got 7k HP xD
