Hwello everyone,
I am working on compiling images of all the cash shop costumes and packs to date all into one thread and listed in alphabetical order. The reason for such a thread? Sometimes I see requests to post what a potential costume will look like before purchasing and it can be a difficult to sort throught that image from multiple threads. Not to mention I have purchased some costumes that had I known what it would look on me, I would not have purchased it but something else, there is no Vietree for trying out costumes so the next best thing is to catalog it and have it stickied in the general armors/items section.

*Please be patient as this is a work in progress, I am trying my best to post quality screen shots from volunteers and it will be updated regularly until the list is complete.

This 3 piece black swimsuit is the classic color for any sun worshipper to stay barely covered up while having fun at the beach. For some reason in Fiesta either the cuter or skimpier the outfit is, the more critical bonus you will receive from it, this swim wear boosts an impressive 12% critical bonus. While the male version does not come with a top like the female (Man bra?) it does sport a wicked looking tattoo on your back.

The dark costume set caters to those with a dark personality who skulks around graveyards and creepy forests at night. Two types are available for purchase from the Fiesta store. The normal set which is only for show, and the critical set which provides an additional 5% bonus to you critical attacks. The female black dress will also sport a pair of bat wings and a devils tail.

Ho ho ho, tis the season to be jolly! All those Santa's little helpers would happily prance around the snowy forest with this green ensemble. I am currently researching for any information on what Santa sets usually include, please pm so I may update the information. Here is what I do know, The Black Santa Set is one of two Santa sets released during December 2008. The Black Santa suit is a one piece costume that gives a bonus of 7% critical to your attacks. The Black Santa hat will provide an additional 3% critical to your attacks. The set also included a time limited Mini Rudolph pet which gave +7 to all your stats bonuses. Finally a Dog Sled Mover is also included in this pack.

There are two types of blue menian set that is available at the Fiesta Store. The defense set provides an additional 30 to your defense while adding 5% critical to your attacks. The other type is just for looks that provides no benefits in combat but it is permanent.

This set is heavily influenced by magical girl shows, the design of the one piece suit looks very similar to a fancy sailor suit any magical boy or girl would love to wear. The suit provides a 10% critical bonus to your attacks. The Valentine pack also includes a chic blue beret that gives a 5% critical bonus to your attacks. A super cute pink raccoon mount that races across the land to fight evil doers. Finally a beauty shop coupon is included in this pack as you will probably want to have a new look to match your alter ego. There are additional details you may want notice such as flowers in the hair of female Valentine pack users, as well a cute puppy dog design on the soles of the shoes. The Male users will display a teddy bear design on the soles of their shoes.

Celebrate Asian Festival Month by donning these traditional red colored silk costumes lined with gold embroidery which symbolizes good health and fortune in Chinese culture. The costume is a two piece suit + head gear are purchased separately, while it does not provide any bonuses in combat, It does add a touch of exotic beauty to daily outfits.

The Dragon Pack includes a dragon warrior 3 piece set costume that grants 10% total critical attacks to the wearer. A pair of dragon horns is also included that may be worn on the head, this will grant an additional 5% bonus to critical attacks. Then there is a tiny mini dragon pet that is the strongest non GM pet available so far which grants its owner +9 bonus to all stats. Finally a white dragon mount is included with this package that allows you to soar through the skies at incredible speeds. This is one of the most powerful costumes set a player can acquire, more than enough power to Rawr toss any random stranger over the cliff because he/she can not stop running in front of you while you are posing for your screen shots lol.

This green ensemble is a must have among the nature lovers of Isya. It comes with an Earthday costume which consists of a shirt, pair of pants, and sneakers that are permanent, a 90day Tree house and a HP potion that can heal up to 150,000 hp before it's gone. "All Hail Man Thong!". The name of this costume states that this is the signature costume for one of our game masters of Fiesta. This one piece costume is by far the strongest and rarest item available in the cash shop as it provides a 15% bonus to critical attacks but this costume will only last 24 hours. While the male version sports nothing but a loin cloth, a neck tie, socks + shoes image, it would be inappropriate for the female version to show frontal nudity so a blouse and padded bra are included for the female version.
The male version will only feature the tanned body with muscles if your avatar is a male fighter class, otherwise any other male class will have a pale skinned non muscular build.

*There is a permanent version of this suit being released in the cash shop since 11/25/08 update which gives only 3% Critical to your attacks.

Traditional Korean themed one piece costume that is so shiny that it may even dazzle your audience under the sun or pale moonlight. The headpiece need to be purchased separately. Although is just a normal costume for looks and provides no combat bonuses, you can literally feel how silky, luminous, and fluffy the materials are just by seeing how the light reflects off them. This costume pack comes with a frilly cerulean blue tuxedo/dress costume that provides an additional bonus of 7% critical to your attacks. It time for the summer Olympians to show off physical their prowess to people of Fiesta. Huff Puff, get in shape and sweat out all your excess calories with this practical gym costume. This three piece costume consists of a white shirt, black shorts and white sneakers. There are two versions available for purchase. The normal version is buy far the least expensive normal costumes you can purchase for a 30 day period. As of now you can only purchase the critical workout suit through the tough cookie pack. The critical workout suit gives 5% critical bonus that lasts 30 days. The tough cookie pack also includes 10 units of the Charms of Might scrolls which increases your attack, magic attack, defense, magic defense stats by 50% for 2 hours. A 30 day vicious wolf pet (+4 all stats) as well as Shark House is provided in this pack.

These mounts transports you through the lands of Isya at a much quicker rate than running on foot. Not all mounts are created equal because each one have different speed rate. From my experience the slowest to fastest type mounts are Wooden Horse< Hobby Bo< Donkey< Raccoon= Liberty Mount< Pink Raccoon= Scarab= Pinata= Dog Sleigh= Rhino< Dragon= or < Pegasus. Another advantage of a cash shop mount is that you do not require to feed it float stones to keep it moving at a quick pace.

1. Old Bag: Each Old Bag will increase one page in your inventory for a total of 24 more spaces for a limited time.

-Is it possible to combine the Old Bag and Iron Case to get more than fours pages of inventory? No, the Iron Case will permanently increase two inventories to the maximum of four pages for one character only, so you can not use both Old Bag and Iron Case together on one character.


2. Small Box: Each Small Box will allow you to access one extra page with the storage NPCs so you will get 36 more items to store for a limited time. Only the character that uses the Small Box may store store items in the third or fourth page with the storage NPCs.

-Is it possible for other characters in the same account to take out items from the third or fourth page? Yes, all characters may take out items from the extra storage space.
-Would the items in the third or fourth page be gone or untouchable once the time limit for the Small Box runs out? No, you can still take out items once the time is expired but you can not put it back to same page.


3. HP+Sp Ext. (+30%) & (+50): Each Hp+Sp Ext. increase your HP/SP maximum limit by a certain %.

-Would it be possible to combine Extenders? Only the +30% HP Ext. and the +30% SP Ext. may be used together. It is not possible to use the 50% HP+SP Ext. + the 30% HP+SP Ext for 80% HP+SP.


4. Perfect Red Eye: When used to enhanced an item, it will basically prevent the item from being destroyed on a failed enhancement attempt.


5. Perfect Blue Mile: When used to enhance an item, it will basically prevent the item from degrading from say a +5 to a +4 on a failed enhancement attempt.

-When I use the perfect blue mile to start enhancing my weapon/item, it will not let me use the blue mile with the red eye, is my blue mile broken? No, it is not broken because when you first enhance any weapon/armor at 0 bonuses, even a failed enhancement attempt can not degrade a 0 to -1 enhancement so a blue mile is not required until a weapon/armor is at least at +1 or higher bonus.


6. Perfect Gold Nine: When used to enhance an item, it will basically increase the chance of a successful enhancement attempt by 15%.


7. Blessing of Teva: This item prevents the lost of experience points.


8. Charm of STR (+20%): This item boosts your attack power 20% for one hour per use.

-Can the Charm of STR stack with the Charm of DEF? Yes, both the Charm of STR and DEF to increase your attack and defense stats by 20%.
-Does the Charm of STR also increase magical attack? Yes.
-I noticed that when I log off the the time limit on my buff scrolls stop, is it the same thing with Charms of STR/DEF? No, once you use any Charm the duration is one real life hour, it does not matter if you are online or offline.
-I noticed that in the Tough Cookie Pack there is an item called Charm of Might which acts as a Charm of STR + DEF 50%, does the Charm of Might stack with either the Charm of STR and DEF? Yes, it is currently possible to combine a Charm of STR and DEF with a Charm of Might 50% for a total of 70% boost to their attack/defense but only if u apply the Charm of STR + DEF first before using the Charm of might 50%.


9. Charm of DEF (+20%): This item boosts both your physical and magical defense power 20% for one hour per use.

-Does the Charm of DEF stack with a Charm of STR and might? Trick question with two different responses. Yes, It will stack with a Charm of STR. Yes it will also stack if the Charm of DEF is used before the Charm of Might.

10. Skill Reset Pill This item when used will completely reset every skill point you previously allocated so you can start all over from the beginning.

11. Stat Reset Pill This item when used will completely reset every stat point you previously allocated so you can start making a new build from scratch.

12. Stat Reset Scroll (10pts): This item when used will allow you to decrease 10 stats points of your choice either str, dex, end, int, or spr.


13. Beauty Shop Coupon (Basic or Premium): This item will allow a one time change of your appearance (face, hairstyle and color of hair) at Vietree's Salon in Roumen. There are two versions of the Beauty Shop Coupons which are basic and premium. The basic will only allow you access to the faces/hairstyles/colors in the basic section, while the premium will allow you access to the faces/hairstyles/colors from both the basic/premium sections.

-Is there a time limit to the beauty coupon that would require me to purchase another once the time limit is up? No, there is no time limit on changing your looks, it is permanent.
-Can I change my looks without needing another coupon? No, you will need to purchase a new coupon every time you decide to change your appearance.
-If I purchase the beauty coupon will it apply to all the four characters in my account? No, you will need to purchase a separate coupon for each of your characters in your account.
-I am a previous beauty coupon purchaser, if there is a future update that would include new hairstyles, faces, skin colors... will the GMs reimburse us and let us change out looks for free? Hee hee there is no such thing as a free lunch...so the answer is no.
-Does the beauty coupon have a time limit to use before it expires? No, the beauty coupon you may keep for as long as you wish until you turn it in to change your appearance.
-Does the beauty coupon only change your hairstyle and color of hair? No, the beauty coupon will also allow you to change your face, in the future there may be an option to change you skin color also.
-I noticed a gender change option at Vietree's, does the beauty coupon also allow a gender change? No, you would need to specifically purchase a gender change cash shop item.


14. Gender Change: This item is required to change one's gender at Vietree NPC.

-Does the gender change option also allow you to change your face/hair like the beauty coupon? No, you would require the gender change item to first change your sex and then a beauty coupon to change your hair/face later.


15. Skill Reset Scroll (10pts): This item will reset 10 points of your skill bonuses (cool down time, increased damage, increased duration, decrease SP)


16. Exp Boost Card (+20%, +50%, +100%): This item is increases the rate of exp you gain from a mob by 20%.

-Does the EXP Boost Card (+20%, +50%, or +100%) stack with an EXP Boost Card (+50%) or (+100%) I received as a prize from a GM event? No different EXP Boost Cards % does not stack.
-Does that mean that EXP Boost Card also does not stack with GM exp boost events/weekends? no, the EXP Boost Card will stack with GM exp boost events, for example you using 20% EXP Boost Card during a GM weekend bonus of 25% exp boost does stack to give you 45% exp boost per monster killed
-Does EXP Boost Card stack when used together, For example if I used a 20% EXP Card, a 50% EXP Card, and a 100% EXP Card means I will get a 170% EXP increase per monster killed? no, while it is possible to use different % EXP boost 30 day cards at the same time, the EXP boost will only apply to the highest % EXP boost, for example if you used a 50% EXP boost and a 100% EXP boost you will only receive 100% extra exp per monster killed and not 150%. It's one of the other, which ever EXP boost is higher.


17. Hunter's War Rant (+50%): This item increases the drop rate of items off monsters/harvests/mining/chests by 50% ie if you average 2-3 items off killing a mob in abyss, it will increase to 3-5 items per kill.

-Can you use King's Touch with Hunter's War Rant? Yes.
-Does that mean that combining Hunter's War Rant and King's Touch mean I will get increase drop rate off monsters/harvests/mining/chests by 150%? No, I will explain why on the next question below.
-Does Hunter's War Rant increase the drop rate of items from Kingdom Quest chests? No Hunter's War Rant only affect drop rates from killing monsters, harvesting a herb/wood, mining an ore, and maybe opening a random chest you find on a world map. The Kingdom quest chests comes with a preset number of materials which is not affected by Hunter's War Rant, for example the 50 materials I would receive from King Kong Phino Kingdom Quest never turned into 75 materials when I opened the chests with war rant.
-Does Hunter's War Rant stack with GM/Event/Weekend/Holiday drops bonuses example 35% holiday drop bonus + Rant 50% = 85%? Yes.


18. King's Touch (+100%): This item increases the gathering rate by 100%.

-Is King's Touch a better version of Hunter's War Rant which allows me to gather or collect 100% more drops as opposed to 50%? No, the reason is that King's Touch does not effect the drop rate of item drops when you kill a monster/harvest/mine/open chests.
-Why the heck is it more expensive than Hunter's War Rant if it does not increase item drop rate by 100%? The reason is the word "gathering" is rather ambigious, you may think it is about getting more drops but it is not. It actually cuts down the time to harvest (wood/herbs/flowers), mine ores, and pop chests by half. For example if it takes on average of 4 seconds to pick a herb, using King's Touch will reduce the time to 2 seconds.
-What the "Potty word" would anyone pay to pick herbs a couple seconds faster, it sounds like a useless item for so much Sparkcash? Well...no, it is only a tool that if taken fully advantage off may bring you considerable profits. For example, you can gather herbs twice as fast as your competition, you may even harvest the same herb one second later as your competition and still win. During GM events you can get the drop and pop open the chests twice as fast to open a chest, even if you were not the first person to start opening it. In my opinion if you are not the type of person who like to spend time harvesting/mining for income, then this item is not for you.


19. Iron Case (Permanent): This item will increase your inventory pages from two to four pages thus giving you an extra 48 spaces to store items on your person.

-How long does the Iron Case last? The iron case lasts as long as your still play Fiesta, basically forever since it is permanent and have no time limit.
-Can I buy an Old Bag after using the Iron Case to increase my inventory to five pages? no, if you buy an Iron Case you will have maximum inventory of four pages, you can not get more than four so no point in buying an Old Bag after using an Iron Case.
-Does buying one Iron Case increase the inventory of all my alternate characters also? No, the Iron Case will only give two extra inventory pages to the character that uses it.


20. Sign of Tycoon: This item when used will increase 10 more extra slots to buy/sell goods when you vendor.


21. Production Skill Reset: This item when used to reset one of your alchemy production skills.


22. License Clear: This item when used will eliminate one monster license that is inscribed on a weapon.

23. Rations: This item when purchased comes with 10 items. Each ration when feed to a permanent Fiesta Store mover will restore 30 stamina points which is equal to about 30 minutes of riding time per ration used.

24. Pets: a pet is an item that will increase your str/dex/end/int/spr by a set amount.

-Is it possible to equip more than one pet at the same time? No, even though if you wore a 3 piece Costume, an eye piece, a head piece, back piece (Bunny tail) + 1 pet for a total off 7/14 special item slot. You can not stack the remaining 7/14 slot with pets. It is possible the remaining unused slots maybe used for unrealized costume swords over your regular weapon like the Secret of Soltice game.
-Are there any pets in the Fiesta store that are permanent? No, all cash shop pets are limited duration items, currently only the slime, kebing and honeying pets are permanent. The Marriage pet for Fiesta Couple called Mini Couple Lulu is next permanent pet since the marriage system have been implemented. you may also win permanent new Olympic medal mini pets as a reward for placing first to third in the GM Olympic events that ran from August 8-24 of 2008. So be sure to participate in GM events to win unique prizes. During Christmas event of 2008 Rudolph and Santa mini pets are added as permanent pets in game.

The Japanese Pack A includes a kimino set grants bonus 10% critical attacks to the wearer. A Blue mask is allow included that may be wore on the head that will grant an additional 3% bonus to critical attacks. Then there is a cool mini pet samurai that sports a eye patch and a katana which grants its owner +7 bonus to all stats. Finally a blue dragon mount is included with this package that allows you to soar through the skies at incredible speeds.

Yes you are correct that Japanese Pack A does have a yellow colored kimono with a flower design on it. The only items in the Japanese Pack A that is the same for both genders is the blue mask, blue dragon and samurai pet. That is why I did not mention the color of the kimono for the Japanese Pack A because I was aware the color and design is different for the male and female characters. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a male model to pose the Japanese Pack A screen shots yet. When the catalog is fully finished there will be both female and male screen shots of a certain costume or pack will be posted for your reference. Please be patient as this catalog is only literally 5 days old when I started making appointments and compiling screen shots and descriptions into one thread.
As the photos show, it is a good image of what a female character will look like wearing a Japanese Pack A, usually the male version is similar but not always. Once the catalog is all finished you will see both gender versions ^^.

The dark costume set caters to those with a dark personality who skulks around graveyards and creepy forests at night. Two types are available for purchase from the Fiesta store. The normal set which is only for show, and the critical set which provides an additional 5% bonus to you critical attacks. The female black dress will also sport a pair of bat wings and a devils tail.

1. 2008 Outspark Games T-Shirt (Green, Grey, and Purple): This Costume introduced on August 6th celebrates the beginning of the Summer Olympics. The costumes comes only with a shirt that is permanent. *note Chinese Wig, Earth Day Shorts, Earth Day Sneakers, Black Santa hat, glasses and Summer Boop is not included with this costume. There is also an orange color version of this shirt that may be only wore by employees of OutSpark which GM Creztina and GM Silkypico is wearing on the next to last pic. GM Wildfire posed for the last picture which prominently displays the word "staff" on the back which means any official employee of OutSpark will be wearing an orange shirt during the olympic events.

Wedding Costume: The permanent wedding dress and tuxedo provides no in game bonuses and is not required for a couple to be wed. The wedding dress is a beautiful ceremonial styled backless white and light blue dress layered with silk and laced with a daisy flower pattern set at the chest. The devilishly handsome male black tuxedo comes with a bow tie, a flame red embroidered vest and white gloves to compliment the jet black petticoat, pants and shoes while make any passing admirer cry tears of joy.

Recently the Wedding Costume is reintroduced into a wedding pack where you get a wedding costume, 10 units of heart fireworks and one wedding application.

My Wedding Guide
1. Introduction: The purpose of this guide is to provide an illustrated step by step example of what to expect and prepare for a Fiesta in game wedding. So do you have someone in mind to wish to spend the rest of your life with and want to make it official? First thing is to get the Dreian Uriel the wedding NPC located at C1 in Elderine to get the wedding process started.

2. Engagement Ring: The first thing a person should do is to purchase a 200 silver ring from Dreian in order to propose to your special person in Fiesta. Only one ring is required to propose to your boyfriend or girlfriend by simply targeting your loved one and right click the ring to activate the proposal. The ring is only lost when the proposed accepts your proposal so be sure they are interested in a wedding before blowing 200 silver on a failed proposal. Once your financee accepts your wedding proposal you have three real life days to arrange a wedding appointment with Dreian or the engagement will be automatically canceled and you have to purchase another engagement ring.

3. Wedding Applications: Each person is required to have a wedding application in their inventory so two applications total, in order to go up to Dreian and apply for a wedding ceremony. The Wedding Applications may be purchased for 1400 Sparkcash each at the Fiesta Store and currently located in the "HOT" and "Event Items" sections.

4. Wedding Invitations: Once you decided on a time to go through with the wedding ceremony, talk with Dreian and choose "Apply Wedding". Once she accepted your applications you will receive 15 invitations per each wedding candidate. This mean you have a total 30 people you may invite into the wedding chapel with you and you only have about 20 minutes to pass out the invitations before you are summoned to the wedding chapel so either notify your friends and family when you are doing your wedding ceremony ahead of time, in order to pass out the invitations in time. So you better start running to pass out all those invitations. The guests will choose "Join Wedding" about two minutes before the wedding couple gets summoned to the wedding hall.

5. Wedding Chapel: Please make sure you have at least two inventory spaces open to hold a special item, otherwise once the ceremony is over and you lose the special item because of a full inventory, Outspark will not replace them for you. Once you get summoned to the wedding chapel along with your guests, Dreian will initially spend one minute to tell your guests to get settled in. Sometimes for fun your spouse may drop optional rings to represent your love for each other. When the official ceremony starts you will start to automatically walk up to Dreian and she will give a speech about your pledge of love for each other. When the speech is winding to a close you will need to click on the "Pledge Book" object next to Dreian in order to receive your special items from getting married. Then when you are officially wed, the happy couple will start to automatically walk down the run way and away from Dreian. Finally, you are given six minutes to party and dance to your heart's content!

The Fiesta Royal Costume is a highly ornate dress or tuxedo embroiled in gold with black and red colors in a heart shaped design. The female dress included a pink bow ribbon on the wait and back of the shoes design while the male tuxedo comes with golden shoulder tassels and a black mini cape. The one piece costume provides a 5% critical bonus to it's wearer and lasts 30 days when it's first used.

The Sakura costume is a hot pink, fuschia and black colored costumed with scripted embroidery which ended in a heart shaped design at the chest. The overall design of the Sakura costumes is very similar to male and female bally dancers. The one piece costume provide's a critical bonus of 5% to it's wearer and lasts 30 days when it's first worn.

*There is a permanent version of this suit being released in the cash shop since 11/25/08 update which gives only 3% Critical to your attacks.

While getting screenshots from other versions of Fiesta Abroad would add more variety but unfortunately I am not accepting any submissions from other foreign Fiestas because they may release items which Outspark may ultimately never decide to release and it would disappoint the players. For example there is an image of a veil that goes with the wedding costume but I did not post it because people would jump to conclusions and start comparing Outspark's version of Fiesta to other foreign versions which would not be a fair evaluation because each different company have their own vision on how they ultimately wish to shape their version of Fiesta. But I will gladly take any screenies of foreigh Fiesta via private messages for my personal viewing pleasure.

hee hee, no it is not a mistake, unfortunately I did not have a model who was using a tough cookie pack so the workoutsuit models did not have a mini pet wolf with them, so I just used a model who did have the pet to show it off, I am pretty sure most people would not believe a mage with a 60 top and black swimsuit speedos = workout suit costume. That picture is more to show off the mini pet that comes with the Tough Cookie pack.

You can still obtain them while playing remi's rare find.along with many discontinued items.

While you may obtain them through Remi's Rare Finds, it is fun but unless one is extremely lucky I would not recommend playing Remi's for a specific item as you may be sorely disappointed if you end up with a closet full of items and none of them exactly what you wanted.

No, they are not permanent pets you can buy from the cash shop. for Earth Dragon is the name of a mover but I am assuming you are referring to a mini dragon that comes with the dragon pack, if that is the case the mini dragon is not permanent either. For future reference please check my question and answer section on page 4 listed on the directory. I pasted it below and underlined the section about pets for your future reference. Basically everything in the cash shop are all temporary unless it have the word "permanent" in it's description ^^.


1. Old Bag: Each Old Bag will increase one page in your inventory for a total of 24 more spaces for a limited time.
-Is it possible to combine the Old Bag and Iron Case to get more than fours pages of inventory? No, the Iron Case will permanently increase two inventories to the maximum of four pages for one character only, so you can not use both Old Bag and Iron Case together on one character.

2. Small Box: Each Small Box will allow you to access one extra page with the storage NPCs so you will get 36 more items to store for a limited time. Only the character that uses the Small Box may store store items in the third or fourth page with the storage NPCs.
-Is it possible for other characters in the same account to take out items from the third or fourth page? Yes, all characters may take out items from the extra storage space.
-Would the items in the third or fourth page be gone or untouchable once the time limit for the Small Box runs out? No, you can still take out items once the time is expired but you can not put it back to same page.

3. HP+Sp Ext. (+30%) & (+50): Each Hp+Sp Ext. increase your HP/SP maximum limit by a certain %.
-Would it be possible to combine Extenders? Only the +30% HP Ext. and the +30% SP Ext. may be used together. It is not possible to use the 50% HP+SP Ext. + the 30% HP+SP Ext for 80% HP+SP.

4. Perfect Red Eye: When used to enhanced an item, it will basically prevent the item from being destroyed on a failed enhancement attempt.

5. Perfect Blue Mile: When used to enhance an item, it will basically prevent the item from degrading from say a +5 to a +4 on a failed enhancement attempt.
-When I use the perfect blue mile to start enhancing my weapon/item, it will not let me use the blue mile with the red eye, is my blue mile broken? No, it is not broken because when you first enhance any weapon/armor at 0 bonuses, even a failed enhancement attempt can not degrade a 0 to -1 enhancement so a blue mile is not required until a weapon/armor is at least at +1 or higher bonus.

6. Perfect Gold Nine: When used to enhance an item, it will basically increase the chance of a successful enhancement attempt by 15%.

7. Blessing of Teva: This item prevents the lost of experience points.

8. Charm of STR (+20%): This item boosts your attack power 20% for one hour per use.
-Can the Charm of STR stack with the Charm of DEF? Yes, both the Charm of STR and DEF to increase your attack and defense stats by 20%.
-Does the Charm of STR also increase magical attack? Yes.
-I noticed that when I log off the the time limit on my buff scrolls stop, is it the same thing with Charms of STR/DEF? No, once you use any Charm the duration is one real life hour, it does not matter if you are online or offline.
-I noticed that in the Tough Cookie Pack there is an item called Charm of Might which acts as a Charm of STR + DEF 50%, does the Charm of Might stack with either the Charm of STR and DEF? Hee hee I really love how players try to metagame Fiesta for all its worth, ahem the answer is NO, you can not combine Charm of Might with any other charms.

9. Charm of DEF (+20%): This item boosts both your physical and magical defense power 20% for one hour per use.
-Does the Charm of DEF stack with a Charm of STR and might? Trick question with two different responses. Yes, It will stack with a Charm of STR and no it will not stack with a Charm of Might.

10. Stat Reset Scroll (10pts): This item when used will allow you to decrease 10 stats points of your choice either str, dex, end, int, or spr.

11. Beauty Shop Coupon: This item will allow a one time change of your appearance at Vietree's Salon in Roumen.
-Is there a time limit to the beauty coupon that would require me to purchase another once the time limit is up? No, there is no time limit on changing your looks, it is permanent.
-Can I change my looks without needing another coupon? No, you will need to purchase a new coupon every time you decide to change your appearance.
-If I purchase the beauty coupon will it apply to all the four characters in my account? No, you will need to purchase a separate coupon for each of your characters in your account.
-I am a previous beauty coupon purchaser, if there is a future update that would include new hairstyles, faces, skin colors... will the GMs reimburse us and let us change out looks for free? Hee hee there is no such thing as a free lunch...so the answer is NO.
-Does the beauty coupon have a time limit to use before it expires? No, the beauty coupon you may keep for as long as you wish until you turn it in to change your appearance.
-Does the beauty coupon only change your hairstyle and color of hair? No, the beauty coupon will also allow you to change your face, in the future there may be an option to change you skin color also.

12. Skill Reset Scroll (10pts): This item will reset 10 points of your skill bonuses (cool down time, increased damage, increased duration, decrease SP)

13. Exp Boost Card (+20%): This item is increases the rate of exp you gain from a mob by 20%.
-Does the EXP Boost Card (+20%) stack with an EXP Boost Card (+50%) or (+100%) I received as a prize from a GM event? No different EXP Boost Cards % does not stack.
-Does that mean that EXP Boost Card also does not stack with GM exp boost events/weekends? no, the EXP Boost Card will stack with GM exp boost events, for example you using 20% EXP Boost Card during a GM weekend bonus of 25% exp boost does stack to give you 45% exp boost per monster killed

14. Hunter's War Rant (+50%): This item increases the drop rate of items off monsters/harvests/mining/chests by 50% ie if you average 2-3 items off killing a mob in abyss, it will increase to 3-5 items per kill.
-Can you use King's Touch with Hunter's War Rant? Yes.
-Does that mean that combining Hunter's War Rant and King's Touch mean I will get increase drop rate off monsters/harvests/mining/chests by 150%? No, I will explain why on the next question below.
-Does Hunter's War Rant increase the drop rate of items from Kingdom Quest chests? No Hunter's War Rant only affect drop rates from killing monsters, harvesting a herb/wood, mining an ore, and maybe opening a random chest you find on a world map. The Kingdom quest chests comes with a preset number of materials which is not affected by Hunter's War Rant, for example the 50 materials I would receive from King Kong Phino Kingdom Quest never turned into 75 materials when I opened the chests with war rant.
-Does Hunter's War Rant stack with GM/Event/Weekend/Holiday drops bonuses example 35% holiday drop bonus + Rant 50% = 85%? Yes.

15. King's Touch (+100%): This item increases the gathering rate by 100%.
-Is King's Touch a better version of Hunter's War Rant which allows me to gather or collect 100% more drops as opposed to 50%? No, the reason is that King's Touch does not effect the drop rate of item drops when you kill a monster/harvest/mine/open chests.
-Why the heck is it more expensive than Hunter's War Rant if it does not increase item drop rate by 100%? The reason is the word "gathering" is rather ambigious, you may think it is about getting more drops but it is not. It actually cuts down the time to harvest (wood/herbs/flowers), mine ores, and pop chests by half. For example if it takes on average of 4 seconds to pick a herb, using King's Touch will reduce the time to 2 seconds.
-What the "Potty word" would anyone pay to pick herbs a couple seconds faster, it sounds like a useless item for so much Sparkcash? Well...no, it is only a tool that if taken fully advantage off may bring you considerable profits. For example, you can gather herbs twice as fast as your competition, you may even harvest the same herb one second later as your competition and still win. During GM events you can get the drop and pop open the chests twice as fast to open a chest, even if you were not the first person to start opening it. In my opinion if you are not the type of person who like to spend time harvesting/mining for income, then this item is not for you.

16. Iron Case (Permanent): This item will increase your inventory pages from two to four pages thus giving you an extra 48 spaces to store items on your person.
-How long does the Iron Case last? The iron case lasts as long as your still play Fiesta, basically forever since it is permanent and have no time limit.
-Can I buy an Old Bag after using the Iron Case to increase my inventory to five pages? no, if you buy an Iron Case you will have maximum inventory of four pages, you can not get more than four so no point in buying an Old Bag after using an Iron Case.
-Does buying one Iron Case increase the inventory of all my alternate characters also? No, the Iron Case will only give two extra inventory pages to the character that uses it.

17. Sign of Tycoon: This item when used will increase 10 more extra slots to buy/sell goods when you vendor.

18. Production Skill Reset: This item when used to reset one of your alchemy production skills.

19. License Clear: This item when used will eliminate one monster license that is inscribed on a weapon.

20. Pets: a pet is an item that will increase your str/dex/end/int/spr by a set amount.
-Is it possible to equip more than one pet at the same time? No, even though if you wore a 3 piece Costume, an eye piece, a head piece, back piece (Bunny tail) + 1 pet for a total off 7/14 special item slot. You can not stack the remaining 7/14 slot with pets. It is possible the remaining unused slots maybe used for unrealized costume swords over your regular weapon like the Secret of Soltice game.
-Are there any pets in the Fiesta store that are permanent? No, all cash shop pets are limited duration items, currently only the slime, kebing and honeying pets are permanent. The Marriage pet for Fiesta Couple called Mini Couple Lulu is next permanent pet since the marriage system have been implemented. you may also win permanent new Olympic medal mini pets as a reward for placing first to third in the GM Olympic events that ran from August 8-24 of 2008. So be sure to participate in GM events to win unique prizes.

All those fans of nautical adventures will love the new addition of the sailor suit costumes released for our fellow Fiestians. This normal one piece costume for females is similar to the sailor suit school uniforms that was popular in the Japanese school system as it comes with a red bow tie with pleated skirt and matching clogs + a red bandanna tied on the head. The male red, white and blue sailor suit is similar to the uniform designs of the US Navy personnel when they are in shore leave.

* Permanent Mounts Characteristics:
1. All permanent mounts will last basically forever.
2. permanent mount food are called rations purchased only from the Fiesta Store, each 1 piece of ration will restore 30 stamina points.
3. All mounts start off with a 300 max stamina point, each point will deplete after 1 minute of summoning the mount. Unsummon the mount to stop the stamina time from counting down.
4. The speed of permanent mounts should match the same speed of time limited mounts.

This costume currently available only in Remi's Rare Finds is based somewhat on the Alice in Wonderland tale. The female blue dress is very similar to the image of Alice as portrayed by the Disney Version (almost like a blue maid dress with apron) while the male wonderland suit is similar to the Mad Hatter image. Currently I do not know the stats to this costume if it comes with any, I will update stat information when I receive them. The male version is originally pictured as a blue plaid colored suit with a gold watch and bunny tail attached but there is also a red version of the suit, lol it figures a costume representing the mad hatter would have different color patterns ^^.

This costume is a one piece pink dress with apron or Blue plaid suit with a gold watch. There is nothing more serene than waking up in early in the morning wearing your Sunday dress/suit going into the park and saying hello to greet the rising sun. This costume is normal that does not provide any critical bonuses to your attacks.
While the male version of the good morning costume is a blue plaid suit with a gold watch and bunny tail.

Errr... that is not quite right for Chaola, I do not wish for her to needlessly purchase all 8 boxs and waste sparkcash if necessary. Let me try to explain in more detail. Every character when created, as we are aware can automatically access 2 boxes of the NPC storage inventories. If I have 4 characters named A, B, C & D, how many boxs would I need to purchase to have access to all 4 pages for all four of my characters, will melody is correct is saying you would need 8 boxes (2 for each character) to have all the characters access 4 pages of the NPC inventory bank but that is rather expensive. Here is a creative solution which I used for you to be able to access all 4 pages of the NPC bank inventories using only 2 boxes.

Character A purchases and uses 2 boxes to use A can deposit and withdraw items on all 4 pages.
Character B, C, & D have 0 boxes so can only deposit items on 2 pages.
While B, C, & D can not deposit any items on pages 3 & 4 in the NPC bank, they may withdraw any items out of pages 3 & 4. You may use A to deposit items used by B, C & D on pages 3 & 4. I recommend letting your main character you use the most use the boxes as the tend to be the character with the most accumulated items you need to store.

Yes, all time limited cash shop items will start counting down non stop the instant you use it, there is no possible legal way a player can stop the timer from counting down under their own power. Unlike scrolls/spell buffs you receive in game, those timers will stop counting down when you log off.

Your welcome, I rechecked the workout set/Tough cookie pack section and I read my previous description. Thank you very much for the update. I originally assumed it was the Pajamie Outfit I saw GL Asp wore in game since it similar in theme to Soltice's Angel PJs. I was originally confused when Outspark initially showed a blue dress/blue suit graphics for Wonderland costume when in fact the suit for wonderland is red in color. I also see graphics for a pink version of the wonderland dress so I was not sure if it had the same name.
Thank you for clarifying that the good morning costomes are the same in design as the wonderland bluedress/redsuit but in a different color scheme such as pinkdress/bluesuit instead.

I been speaking with some people and recording their reactions regarding of making males versions of the Fiesta store costumes more cute. I am not sure if you wished male characters to have more variety of costumes designs instead of another variation of a suit or do you wish to have males to dress in woman's clothing, an example would be the Chinese wig and Chinese costume for the male. Depending on the style of the face some males have been mistaken for women wearing the Chinese themed costumes. No I do not have a screenie of the Chinese Wig and Costume for males because most guys refused to volunteer to model as a drag queen. If you like to put your input in more detail and provide me examples, I am more than happy to review them over my private message box. Once I get a good sample of opinions I will try to forward the information to the people who controls the Fiesta Store aka Silkypico.

Alright I will PM a copy of the answers and leave a copy for others who's curious to my sugguestion in my wedding guide also ^^.

The lulu pet is only one slot. But I can not confirm this since no one who would want to waste their sparkcash testing this out and risk losing either the mini pet or the summon spouse ability, there are assumptions that the summon spouse ability is considered a skill scroll you need to have space for also, even though you learn the skill immediately after you talk to the "Pledge Book" to receive the prizes. So as a precaution it is better to leave at least 2 inventory spaces open just in case the assumptions are correct. The assumptions makes sense in the fact that even latent skills like riding and mining requires to be purchased and used in order to mine or ride a mount.

There Houses are not only cuter than your typical mushroom house but they provide a couple of extra benefits such as increasing your vendor space by five items, as well as greater HP/SP regeneration while resting compared to even the level 70 snowy mushroom house. A mini house will definitely provide shelter if you ever get stranded in a deserted island from sightseeing from a three hour tour (never get into a boat with a guy named Gilligan).

Unless I am an official staff member of Outspark, this thread will never be able to list every possible premium item that ever appeared in game especially when it involved holiday specific items that new comers to Fiesta will never get, much less see anymore. It is unfortunate I was not around Oct 2007 to have seen and taken screenies of the scarecrow house, the sad fact that I play primarily in Epith server, which does not exist on Oct 2007 so there is not any player who could show off their scarecrow house. Not to mention I did not even try out Fiesta until May 2008 ^^.

If a GM ever felt like showing off scarecrow house I would be glad to add it but as such that I am not directed affiliated with Outspark, it would be impolite for me to bug them about my own personal projects when they have their own work to do first. If and whenever a GM do decide to show me anything new it is on their free time and discretion.

I really appreciate it that instead of pointing out about items I do not have in this thread be more proactive and help the community by sending submissions to me via private message. Please understand that I know some items are missing but unless I have a picture of the missing item, I will not post it. The only time I would like feedback on a specific post is if the image of the item or description of what bonuses it gives in game are incorrect otherwise there is no need to remind me of the items I have missing, if I ever see or hear about something new in game from other people I will include them. I do have some regular people who do send submissions to me via private message, if I find them appropriate I would post their screenshots on my thread and give then credit on my original posting. I have not heard any GMs or people hinting about the cute little white bunnies multi house. As a result, I do not believe it would be slated to released in the cash shop anytime soon. If I were to make an educated guess since it is about bunny rabbits it would probably see release during April of 2009 where people celebrate Easter.

Regarding the ability to get more color options for your hair. I believe Anrie made a poll which shows that there is a great demand for more options to change your looks which would be profitable for Outspark as it will spur a greater increase of Beauty Shop Coupons. As a result of her polls Sking, an Outspark GM mentioned that it is an feature that is in the works and slated to be released in due time ^^. So I am guessing you have a good chance to see black hair implemented in the coming months.

Oh I have a virtual walk in closet for the cash shop costume packs in storage since I purchased in bulk during big sales lol, but I am kinda cheap on trying not to use two costumes at the same time if both give critical % bonuses. I have always requested of my models not to wear a new costume specifically for a screenie in this catalog unless their current costume is expired because recent updates of the cash shop have been so often of late that it hard to use up an old costume before 2+ more new costumes are introduced ^^.

I had considered including the sparkcash cost of each specific item but due to certain possible issues I thought off, I decided not to include the prices.

Reasons I did not include the sparkcash cost of the costumes in my catalog:
1. It is time consuming to readjust price changes on a regular basis because Outspark does on a regular basis adjust the prices either through increased demand of the item and through promotional sales. For example, the V packs when it was originally introduced cost over 10k SC in 2/08, in 7/08 there was a 50% sale price of over 5k SC and finally in 10/08 there was additional 25% off the price sale price listed at 50% off so it's almost like 65% off original list price as the cost was around 3800 SC for each V pack. Another example of charms of strength and defense where originally priced at 1575 but due to the current drop in the number of high level PVP people who used such items the price is adjusted to 1050 per pack of 10 to increase sales due to a greater perception of value.
2. Unknown pricing on previously released time limited items such as the Santa Suit. I only started playing Fiesta on 5/2008 so there are a lot of items no longer available so I never seen it in the cash shop or know it's exact prices. Some beta testers have told me at one time cash shop costumes cost as low as 200 SC each to drum up sales of the items when the Fiesta Store was just implemented. It is just hard for me to confirm or deny such statements since I was not there to actually see items prices at 200 SC last year. A lot of items are also available only through Remi's Rare Finds so if it is something exclusive like a Pegasus mover it is hard to quantify its specific sparkcash worth.
3. I do not officially guarantee availability, advertise or sell the costumes I posted for Outspark. Some items here are discontinued forever or only available during a specific time period so I rather not post SC prices and give viewers of this catalog the false impressions that if they get X amount of sparkcash they may get whatever item they see listed in this catalog. It is really up to the buyer's responsibility to check the actual Fiesta Store themselves to check prices and what is currently available for sale.
4. This catalog primary purpose is to act like a virtual dressing room as players will be able to see what the items look like in game and decide if the costume looks cool enough to be worth the sparkcash they are purchasing it for. I have experienced some disappointment on some costume purchases where the graphics of the costume failed to meet my expectations. I created this catalog so fashion minded players does not experience the same type of disappointment I had in the past regarding some purchases. Remember that unlike real life clothing there is no guarantees of exchanges or returns of cash shop items you have purchased.

The visual art is a very difficult subject matter to asses since their are so many subjective descriptions. I will list 4 basic quantifiable qualities in a screen shot which an excellent screen shot should at least contain 3 out 4 possible qualities.

1. Color composition: This is each individuals use of colors to basically bring more attention to their in game avatars. No matter how beautiful the background or impression the visual effects, it means nothing if the model is not the central focal point in the screen shot. Below is a copy of my color theory guide on how colors are used to bring more attention to the model.


Dear Top Model contestants,
I have been approached and requested help a couple of times on what exactly makes a good screen shot? Is it the costume? Is it the pose? Subject matter? etc. I went through giving them my advice and uploaded screenies as examples but since I am a lazy person at heart and would not like to repeat myself many times over I decided to make a mini guide to give insight to the less experienced screen shot photographers.
What is color studies? If you are involved in the creation or design of visual documents, an understanding of color will help when incorporating it into your own designs. Choices regarding color often seem rather magical, as many seem to base decisions on nothing other than "it looks right." I have been told that I take good looking screen shots and I have great skills with it, but I feel that it is not my skill at capturing an image at just the right time but rather understanding how each color interact with each other.
This is only the basic information with some screen shots and not a term paper, I know I can go into much more detail but I can end up maxing out 10 pages of every post and still not be done lol.

1. Color wheel: This is the visual representation of the colors who perceive with the naked eye ie Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Violet aka ROYGBV.

2. Primary colors: These are the three colors that can not be made when you mix other colors together and they are Red, Yellow, and Blue.

3. Secondary colors: These are the colors that are created when you mix two primary colors together for example, if you mix red and yellow you get orange color. So the secondary colors are Orange, Green, and Violet.

4. Complementary colors: These are the colors located opposite each other from the color wheel. For example Red and Green are complementary colors. While Blue and Orange/ Yellow and Violet are other complementary color sets.

So what is the point in going over this lesson? The main reason is that colors will appear different visually when placed next to another color. For example if you want a red apple to blend in unnoticed in the background, place it next to a secondary color of red which are either orange or violet since they both require red to make those secondary colors it will blend in better.
If you wish to make the red apple stand out without adding a lot of white highlights you could simply place the apple next to a green color cloth and it red apple will appear more vibrant and jump out visually.

All my screen shots tell a story which is only one element of taking a screen shot. I will provide examples of screen shots making the use of complimentary color effects to make it more visually appealing. It is not so much the costume you are wearing but rather the color of your costume and the background you decide to use.

Example 1A: Crazy lady Rin standing guard over her flower garden from would be noob flower poochers while wearing a red winter coat on a warm sunny day. Did you notice how my red winter coat just screams out gimme attention which is the whole point since she is acting like a guard dog among the green fields and trees in the background.

Example 1B: Oh No! A fellow Fiestian is so distraught over glitches in Fiesta he decided to take his life by jumping over a bridge! Help! Help! [GM]Kenny! This man's drowning! Although Rin is still wearing a red winter jacket that stood out prominently and the picture is funny as well as a beautiful background on the beach but since the background are primary yellow on the ground and blue on the sky, the red jacket does not stand out so much, the color looked more dull even in Sand Beach where it is super light background. As a result more attention is usually focused on the jumper and not the model in the center which is what you do not want.

Example 2A: The number one reason why I dislike camping, it is all those hairy creepy crawlers that sneak up on you eekKK! Although this picture is rather dark You do notice that the big hairy light color green spider does not stand out as much as the model wearing a dull navy blue sailor suit which clashed against the orange color of the camp fire and the boulders in the background. So you attention is focused initially to the frightened model due to the use of blue-orange complimentary colors.

Example 2B: Ah it's so peaceful going stargazing at night... that's usually what happens if you are the only member in the Astronomy club lol. This screen shot have a wonderful atmosphere of blue-green starry night in a dark forest. Although the model is bathed in plenty of light, the fact that there is so much predominantly green color in this screen shot that even a very deep blue color bathed in moonlight seems receded. What stands out like crazy is the red colored ribbon against the green colored background. It is a nice screen shot telling a nice peaceful moment but from a quick glance most viewers would go right for the red ribbon. You really don't want people to stare at the ribbon on your chest unless they are perverts to begin with.

Example 3A: When the last rays of the sun leaves the moonlight tomb, all sorts of unspoken evil awakens and preys on all those foolish noobs who dares to trespass on their ancient domain... RAWR! This screenie shows that even with simple noob clothes that great screen shots can be achieved if you can make the up a creative story. The slight yellowish tinge in predominantly violet colored sky along with the bright yellow clothes makes the model stand out like a sore thumb and you could almost feel a voyeuristic view as the model appears to be watched by an evil entity.

Example 3B: A great day at the beach while making my mega sand castle. This is a very clear and nice screen shot of the model with a nice atmosphere. The only issue is that although it is a nice screen shot. The majority of the background and the sandcastle itself are yellow in color, add in the yellow archer noob clothes then the screenie looks off because of too much yellow. Not enough contrast between the colors may make the model blend in too much like you are hiding. Unless the model is really a secret agent, you do not want to blend in but rather you want to stand out and get noticed.

In conclusion I hope I showed some detailed examples on why the colors your are wearing and the colors of your environment may help enhance your screen shot beyond just the story it is telling. If you are still skeptical. These are two last screenies, same poses, sames costumes, only difference is my changing the angle of the screen shot to get a color change in the atmosphere and you can tell which screen shot is more appealing.

The sky turned a orange color and complimented the blue costumes so the models stand out much more and look more three dimensional.

2. Storyline: This is based on the ink blot test, where people look at a random ink smudge on a piece of paper and give them personal perception on what it looks like to them. Your screen shot should tell the story, not the words itself. For example in my color studies guide, the screenies from Example 1 A and 2 A. If I did not use any words to describe Example 1 A would can anyone even guess that Rin is guarding her flowers from pouchers? Now, if you used Example 2A it very easy to pick up a story of a girl who got scared by that big icky bug crawling up to her.

3. Originality/Creativity: This is basically trying to capture a screen shot that is not a traditional screen shot most people have viewed before while still trying to make it aesthetically pleasing. For example, the screen shot in Example 3A is much more original/creative than the screen shot in Example 1A. Example 3 A used foliage to block line of sight, which usually nobody wants in front of the subject matter to create a sense of tension as the viewer is looking through the eyes of someone stalking that noob in Moonlight Tomb. While Example 1A is a pretty picture also but it basically appears like a standard pose with new unique touches that makes it different than other good posing pictures.

4. Difficulty: When a model attempts a screen shot that uses either skill/emote that can not be frozen and flashes by quick or through the use of uncontrollable/dangerous mobs it raises the difficultly level a lot. Basically, any screen shot that is hard to duplicate a second time or by any one else is considered good in the judges eyes. For example an ice skater completing a quadruple lux rotation would naturally have a higher base score than an ice skater who only complete a tirple lux rotation. For example, the screen shot in Example 2A is much more difficult and time consuming to get just right than Example 1A because for a more dramatic effect I have to stay with the camp fire behind me and kill spider after spider for over an hour before one popped right in a spot I could take a good screen shot before it moves off again on its own. While Example 1A I could easily duplicate again since their is no special timing or uncontrollable mobs involved.

The Chinese costumes + wig or hats, an educated guess would be June, 2009 as a definite release for Asian/Japanese themed costumes/packs. The only possible way those were to be released sooner is through an unexpected special promotion/discount.
One possible way to convince Outspark staff to release a certain costume is for the players to work on polls and see how much demand for that particular item, if enough players demand an item's return, Outspark may release the item due to high player demand which simply equals to more sales for them in the long run. Unfortunately from what I hear from players recently is that they want Ninja themed items so expect Ninja items in the next coming months. Either that or ahem, an Outspark Employee spills coffee again on the harddrives which glitched the Fiesta Store and caused every possible costume available to be released simultaneously lol.

Oh the costume that GL rae was wearing? I been told its called goblin costume lol. As far as I am aware of a off Outspark GM mentioned once that the goblin costume is more appropriate as swimwear so it probably will not be released until summer 09. Different color cat ears is doable by the Outspark GM's but first, you should actually do some work and create a poll on what different color cat ears would be most popular for the Outspark staff to notice on forums.

Currently, I do not believe it would be possible for me to take screen shots of unreleased hairstyles and colors as a player I simply do not have the ability to do so. When On Ons Soft (developers of Fiesta) decided to take Outspark's request at expanding the beauty shop hairstyle/colors options and implement them, maybe I will do a mini guide on the changes in the future.

But If you wish to preview possible new hairstyles in game, Just goto Sandhill NPC camp and check out the NPCs, a majority of them are wearing hairstyles that is currently unreleased in Outspark's version of Fiesta. as for hair colors well the only different colors I seen used by Outspark staff that is different are blonde, black, and pink.

I am sorry you feel so strongly that the prices on the Fiesta Store is overpriced. While I done quite a bit of research on Fiesta Store items and if you are a fashion addict like myself, then getting a variety of items is more expensive than a monthly fee online game if assuming most online fee games prices range from $20-30 US dollars monthly.

- From the players side usually I try to refrain from purchasing multiples of the same item unless there is a limited time 20-50% off sale.

- From Outspark's side, usually the way they set prices of an item is based on its benefits it provides ie critical $ bonus and how much demand or cool the item looks.

- I have personally given suggestions at the Feedback section of the forums, through GM's in game if I am lucky they are free, or through their Customer Service Representatives via email at support@outspark.com. Since certain releases of new items in the Fiesta store coincided with my suggestions at least it means Outspark have at least read my thoughts and taken them into consideration regarding the cash shop. But I have taken a point to spend time making forum and in game polls regarding the cash shop with quantified data instead of subjective data, this helps a long way to having Outspark listening to your complaints.

Basically you have to do your homework and tell Outspark why does lowering the prices of their Fiesta Store items = more profit for them in the long term with quantifiable data taken from other players. Here is also another recommendation, avoid getting mad at another player's thread when she have no direct control over the prices on the Fiesta store. I am not selling the costumes, I am just putting all the images together so people can see what they look like in game before buying them because once you buy an item from Fiesta Store, it's not exchangeable or returnable ^^.

"All Hail Man Thong!". The name of this costume states that this is the signature costume for one of our game masters of Fiesta. This one piece costume is by far the strongest and rarest item available in the cash shop as it provides a 15% bonus to critical attacks but this costume will only last 24 hours. While the male version sports nothing but a loin cloth, a neck tie, socks + shoes image, it would be inappropriate for the female version to show frontal nudity so a blouse and padded bra are included for the female version.

*There is a permanent version of this suit being released in the cash shop since 11/25/08 update which gives only 3% Critical to your attacks.

The GM_Dakkon or Sensei suit will only have a tanned body with muscles if the user is a male Fighter, otherwise any of the other classes will be pale skinned with no muscles. As a Mage probably spends more time studying the arcane arts, they would not have much time going outside to play sports and get a tan in the process ^^.

It was a quest reward for completing 2/08's Valentine's quests in game or was a reward for being nominated Fiesta prom king/queen in fall 2008 event. Otherwise you need to hope Outspark brings back the quest in a few months.

Time Limited Fiesta Store Items:
1. Timer will not start counting down until you activate/wear/ride/use item.
2. Timer will continue to count down even when you are offline.
3. Timer is based on Pacific Standard Time where Outspark company is located so for example if you play on Eastern Standard Time when you use an say 24 hour item, it will start to display 21 hours but you actually have 3 more hours of the item to use when it expire so still the sum of 24 hours.

I originally have a concept of during a live runway show but there are certain issues, sadly such an event would be easier to organize if its a real life fashion show rather than virtual due to the commitment it requires:

1. The contest takes talent from different servers so unless a way for characters to visit other servers without starting over, that is an issue. Using alts to visit another server is possible but may cost more money to get sparkcash for beauty coupons and cash shop costumes.

The issue is that a majority of the costumes I posted in this catalog is not available year round, unless an Outspark employee spills coffee on the Fiesta servers causing a glitch and released every available costume in the cash shop at once lol. But seriously a lot of the costumes are time limited and usually tied to a certain US holiday like Veteran's Day (Veteran Costume) or Valentines' Day (Blue/Pink V Packs). There are instances where they will re-released discontinued costumes during several different time periods during the year, this is generally for special sales/promotions.

If you have any further questions regarding when a particular costume will be released please private message me by left clicking my forum ID on the left and I will try my best to provide you accurate estimates on when they costume will be released back into the cash shop. There are still possible ways to get discontinued items if you like to gamble with Remi's Rare Finds, but Remi's Rare Finds items are usually rotated at least once a month so the items do change but If you private message me what costumes you want and its discontinued, I can help you find out if it's still available in Remi's or not.

@ Onosaka *Oh also, to answer your next inquiry, unless a Fiesta Store item have the description of "permanent", basically cash shop costumes are all time limited. The time will start counting down the instant you start wearing the costume. You may know this already but currently the only permanent costumes you can buy in Fiesta Store are wedding costume, sensei suit, sakura costume, and cat ears. Please be careful and check item description before purchase as there are temporary versions of permanent costumes also. There are plans for more permanent costumes in the future.

Okies, all Fiesta Store items are placed in a special inventory which is a present box icon all the way on the right side of the inventory pop up window. You can take items off the premium inventory box by right clicking it with your mouse.

Once the costume is in your regular inventory, you just need to right click the costume again to wear it. Usually you get a pop up window that will say if you wish to use the item.

Weapon skins is basically a costume that covers the original appearance of your weapon.

Characteristics of weapon skins are:
- Adds extra 10% bonus to physical attack damage
- Adds extra 10% bonus to magical attack damage
- Adds 5% bonus to aim
- Add 5% bonus to critical
- Max 25,000 durability (each auto attack or weapon skill ( either single target or Aoe) will deplete the durability of of the weapon skin by 1 point. There are variations won In James Forge that may give 10,000 or 3,000 durability instead.
- A repair kit purchases separately from the cash shop adds 10,000 durability back to the weapon skin but it will not be able to exceed the 25,000 durability cap. For example, Weapon is at 16,000 durability and using a repair kit will cap the durability back to 25,000 and the 1,000 extra durability is lost. Currently there is only the 25k and 5k repair kits for sale in the Fiesta store. The other repair kits of 10k and 1k kits can be found randomly from Jame's Forge.
- It is basically a permanent costume for the weapon as long as the durability does not get reduced to 0 or the weapon skin will be destroyed.
- It is bound to the character so it can not be traded, sold, vendor, stored in bank.
- Weapon skins can equipped and removed off any weapon just like a costume. For example equipped it on a level 10 weapon, then removing and reequipping the weapon skin on a level 15 weapon.
- Weapon skins when equipped on an enhanced weapon after recent update have the "glow" effect.
- Weapons skins can be equipped as a costume without regular weapon underneath it but if that is the case you can not attack anyone with just the skin and no weapon under it.

First released for a short time in the Fiesta Store on 5/12/2009. The Dark Knight costume is a one piece body costume that provides a 7% bonus to your physical and magical attack power. This unique costume is the newest in Fiesta fashion with an overcoat, pants/shorts, and laced boots/shoes look. The colors of the costume comes in a deep lavender coat with feathery purple trims.

There have been reason changes in the Fiesta store as of 6/3/2009 regarding this costume. The Dark Knight costume is now separated into two types, one providing only a 7% boost to physical damage and the other providing only 7% magical damage.

This costume, if you can even call it a costume is first released to the Fiesta public as a Remi's Exclusive item on 5/19/2009. There are two types of invisible suits sold in the Fiesta store. One type will provide a 7% boost to the wearer's defense only and the another type will provide 7% magical defense only. Since the costume is invisible, people can see right through you and you basically look like a floating head. Anything equipped on the head, eyes, back, weapons and shields can be seen equipped with the invisible suit.

The tuxedo is stitched with flaming red racing stripes. While the wedding dress is slimer, shorter cut and brighter than the traditional wedding dress. The costumes are one piece permanent normal costumes. The pack also includes 1 wedding application and 10 units of heart fireworks.

If you are wearing a newly released costumes you may also request a time for me to take your screenshot in game.

Usually getting screenshots of Fiesta items that is released in a foreign version of Fiesta but not the US version I would not accept those images since there is no way to confirm if US will release same costumes as foreign ones.

Hmm... Summer will be around soon enough and the chinese costumes should be reintroduced during Asian month, but as to it being permanent or not, it's a possiblity but only if the item is really popular seller for Outspark to consider making a permanent version.

Hmm... well here are just my opinions on why costumes does not stay in the cash shop for the entire year.

1. Holiday themed costumes such as Valentines, Easter, Christmas just like swimsuits seasonal and not appropriate for year round use.
2. Limited choices makes it easier for new costumers visiting the Fiesta Store to make quick purchases. Even I may lose patience if I have to scroll over pages just to get to a costume I would like to purchase. For example, ever get a craving for Chinese food and get so confused on what to order because there's over 100 entrees on the menu when visiting a new restaurant?
3. The prospect of limited availability causes customers who really enjoys a particular costume for whatever reason to purchase in bulk.
4. The pending discontinuation of old cash shop costumes may lead to some discounting prior to its removal and increase sales due to better perceived savings on sparkcash.
5. Sales on older costumes may have dropped drastically over time and no longer worth taking up space on the store when newer and or more expensive items can be pushed to sell quicker instead.

Thank you for posing for me on black santa costume, I've been looking a long time to post screenies for that costume since I first started this catalog months ago ^^.

Okies, I have personally used a license clear cash shop before but unfortunately it only had one license on it, which I think is a prock or some mob I find really annoying to level up due to my archer's inability to remove damage over time special affects.

I am not sure if you can choose exactly which license to remove if a weapon have multiple licenses but I believe it should be possible to remove a specific license you do not like. Just like you can use the clear production skill cash shop item and pick which production skill out of the 2 you initially picked to remove. Update me if that is not the case, or if you can wait just send a PM to a CSR and or other forum goers in the general discussion section. Simple questions like that will get quick responses from them.

If it is the case on removing a player's name tag from a weapon, if there is multiple licenses you need to off course get a clear license cash shop item for each license on that weapon.

It is usually up to upper management on setting prices of Fiesta Store items, Last summer there was a huge 20-50% off sales on a regular basis off selected items that were to be discontinued.

Currently there is no deep discounting of Fiesta Store items. What replaced the discounting is the Buy 1, Get 1 Free deals usually from Bogo. So it is like 50% discounting but unlike last year some people just buy 1 for 50% off, now it's pay full 100% price and get 2 items ^^. So more sparkcash is spent through current promotions.

As for the Fiesta Store items stored in your premium iventory. Hmm... I actually have a few items stored in my premium inventory such as the Asian themed packs from last year. The Japanese Packs A, B, and Dragon Packs are still in my premium inventory.

In conclusion, although sparkcash will be deleted after one year of not being used to buy anything from the cash shop. But the items you purchased from the cash shop does not expire until you actually use it, if it was a limited duration item and stored for over 1 year.

Yes, previous posts have explained that sparkcash if not used for over 1 year will expire.

As for the new swimsuit designs, one of them should look like the design of a white tiger outfit except its yellow in color. Off course the old swimsuits should be re introduced but as for pricing that's usually up to how much demand an item will get based on its looks and what bonuses if any do the item provide in game.

Hmm... as far as I know, nobody else have taken the initiative to collect and catalog male and female versions of in game armors available at different levels, since this catalog is focused mainly on the Fiesta store, I probably will not include them in this thread.

Another issue is the lack of variety when you are speaking about graphics of in game armor for the different classes.

I do not see a lot of 90 armors since 90 armor greens are not really released yet but I can at least show you the blue level 95 sets I am wearing.

Wow this is funky weird, they separated sales into two types of invisible suits, one giving only 7% physical defense increase and the other one giving only 7% magical defense increase. I thought it would be 1 costume with 7% def+magic def lol, oh well.

The invisible suit is one piece like the nightmare costume. So pretty much if you wear it you will be just a floating head. Which reminds me, this costume is awesome for making it easy to be sneaky sneaky and taking screenies. OMG, I just realized, how am I going to take screenies of invisible suited model since I can not hide behind them to take screenies cause I can see right through them lol.

Usually it is safe to assume any new costume is only one piece because for multiple piece costumes like the white tiger, swimsuits, Japanese Pack kimonos that is or were sold in the Fiesta store, Outspark will list every piece if they can be worn seperately, even for normal costumes with no in game bonuses ^^.

Ah thank you for your contribution. Very good work with photoshop, its something I do not have access to due to not using it enough to justify spending money on such software ^^.

I personally prefer just taking a separate screenies as opposing to editing 3 images into one. It is just easier for my to upload unedited screenies. The loading of the images did not take too long in my opinion considering my desktop is only avg in terms of performance ^^. I tend to want to take the screenie almost exclusively by hiding behind the models while taking the screenies myself. I find that it's more fun when someone else takes your screenie lol. Finally, full background screenies help bring out the color in most costumes ^^.

Currently I've devoting all my spare time running Top Model competition on general forums so will not have time to take screenies of newly released items until I am finished with Top Model competition weeks from now.

Oh almost forget to say, I put your name on the OP of the thread to give you credit for modeling a costume for this catalog, thank you ^^.

Once every couple of months, Outspark have done flash sales that lasts a couple of hours and does announce permanent menian outfits for the sale in the Fiesta Store. The only way to take advantage of such sales would be to be online when the sale is announced in game or check the Fiesta Store often on a regular basis.

Sometimes having some friends who play a lot notify you if they see such sales.

99.9% sure V Day packs will be released next month, one of the best sellers during 2008 and 2009.

I only joined during April of 2008 and from my memories the V packs was released in a few months after February 2008 a few times during the old 50% off mega sales. I know I stocked up on quite a few V packs many of which is still unused ^^.

As for the permanent V costumes. The only time it is was issued was during the the first Date a GM contest event but as Silkypico have quoted, the permanent V costumes that was awarded to the first year's contest winners was originally meant to be temporary but it was overlooked by a former GM and never removed. I myself was the winner of the second annual Date a GM event, the prize I received is the super awesome V pack but its the 30 day duration. Which was fine as I was more concerned with learning more about the GM i spent time with rather than the prize itself.

As far as I know and as GM Silkypico have mentioned before, the Valentine costumes was never meant to be a permanent version. The recognized their previous mistake and did allow the people with the permanent costumes to keep them. As far as Silkypico is aware off, Outspark does not have any plans to introduce a permanent version of the Valentine costumes in near future, if ever. But Silkypico does like the idea of permanent costumes and while a permanent V costume is not possible, he is currently working towards introducing a new permanent body costume for the Fiesta Store in February.

Current body permanent costume are the yellow menian, red menian, blue menian, sensei and sakura.

I have taken some spare time to compile images of of the newly released during the months I have been absent from Fiesta. When its Spring break and I have a mini vacation from work. I will spend a few days to catalog the new pictures and update the catalog. I thank everyone for their support and patience with my updates so far ^^.

Hmm based on personal reference. In the entire history of Remi's Rare Finds, there have never been any permanent costumes or packs with permanent costumes that was ever featured into Remi's Rare Finds and later became available for direct sale through the Fiesta Store. For example, I won a Red Donkey through Remi's Rare Finds last year, it was never released directly to the Fiesta Store. I highly doubt the love sick costume, Permanent Pink Raccoon and Donkey will ever be made available in the Fiesta Store.

Permanent items such as Sensei Suit, Sakura Suit, Permanent Cat Ears, Permanent Menian, Earthday Pack that was sold directly through the Fiesta store but was never put into Remi Rare Finds either.

I have been refreshing Remi's Rare Finds for quite a while, the Lovesick costume does not seem to pop up not even once. Which mades me fear that its super rare and you may have to expend 100's of US dollars to get one on average. Remi Rare Finds is an okay game of chance but down to it if someone wants a specific item, you usually end up spending more sparkcash then its worth in my opinion in the long run just like gambling irl.

I have mini phino pet on file, thanks for notifying me, sometimes after a while certain files gets old and deleted from sites like imageshack so I need to reload it again and fix that.
