Twice in the past day we have defeted robo millenium and noone in the quest got credit. Is this a known problem as of yet?

Your party needs to have the last hit to get the credit.

It's possible that no one in the party that got the kill needed Robo for quest, either because they weren't there yet or already got it. Hence, no one got credit for it. I did 5 Robo KQ yesterday, killed 4 Robos and people got credit all 4 times (sadly, I wasn't one of them lol). It's just the luck of the draw. Keep trying and happy hunting.
