'Remi's Rare Finds'

I was looking at the 'Remi's Rare Finds' and I accidentaly pressed start (I know this sounds like an excuse but I have a laptop touch mouse). It took the money but then the window closed. I have checked 'my Backpack' but nothing is there and I dont even have a credit for the money that I have spent on it. It registers on 'my Purchases' that I brought a 'Remi's Rare Finds credit' but I don't have anything to show for it.

I wanted to buy something else but now I don't have enough money so I would prefer it if I got my money back if it's possible.
