proper server maintenance is the bread and butter of these companies. since fiesta is a "free" game I'm not gonna go nuts over it but if its a paid service I would expect the industry-standard of 99.9% (yea thats right) off-maintenance server up-time.

I'd laugh my buttocks off if their servers are "hosted" by "various ISP companies".
They run their own servers that's how they can "maintain" it :p
However if they are a cheapass small company that rents servers I guess we can blame whomever rented them the servers because OBVIOUSLY its spec'ed like crap.

I think if they have bi-weekly *planned* downtime for server maintenance they can avoid these issues but meh, I trust in their IT division.
