bow skills bug

I've been trying lately to use my new shots, it does start the cast time but soon as it's complete my caracter stop moving and don't shot the special arrow, It's realy annoying, I have to log out to debugg him each time, it happens with every special moves

What level are you now? For me it works fine, but my archer is a low level. I think it was 7, don't remember though.
