2 Quick Problems, 2 Quick Solutions??

Hey everyone, I am new around here and would love to start playing but when I attempted to install it gave me a file intergrity error and will not install. also the my account feature has a bit of different information then I put in, aka the info doesnt match.. Why is this?
Any help would be much appreciated because I am really excited to give this game a try.

If you're using mozilla firefox to download, whenever your internet d/c's the download just stops and says its complete :S So, it might not be the full installer xD Other than that, no idea :D
