READ ALL NEW POSTS AS WELL PLEASE! There are things I have changed.

I've been thinking, seeing the general chat with mostly already read threads and not that many new to read as there used to be >>

And also, I've browsed around some forums I don't visit much and found threads with some pretty interesting stuff in em, this being tips, general info, funny happenings with friends, etc.

Lastly, it's nice to check your option tab to see all the subscribed threads with new posts as it gives you a reason to check th forums daily, it gets really boring to see that message "There are no new posts in your subscribed threads" or something like that as I try my best to never see that message xD

So I've thought of a small challenge, if this is not new let me know =/

Alright, onto what you have to do:

Post 1 comment in a thread then jump to another new thread until you have posted in 100 different threads :D

One thing that'll really make it fun is if you make your post quick but be able to put some detail into it, you want to see as many bold orange links in your tab as possible. Not many will respond to something like "lol, that's funny", "I think so too", or "OMGWTHBBQblahblahblah"

Just so it doesn't feel like some sort of way to tell people to post more, it's like a mini forum event.....as pointless as it may sound ._.

Anyway, just so people know you're participating, put "SCP# 1" at the top of your post if it's your first, SCP meaning Sal's challenge Post# 1-100

I'll be participating as well, guess my time will set the standard xD

Summary for those who don't like tons of text:

Sal's Challenge:
1. Post in a random thread, revive or continue one
2. Leave that previous thread behind and jump on another with a post
3. Never look back and just keep running through each thread with a quick but well thought out response
4. So people know you're participating, put SCP# 1 if it's your first, 5 if it's your fifth, or 100 if it's your final post
5. Once you reach 100, click the option tab that should be avoided til post 100 and begin you next response for each thread

Hmm.....for those who like an extra challenge and bragging rights, try getting all 100 quick and well though out posts done within the quickest time possible, say perhaps an hour? Guess we'll see.

Those who take this challenge on, take it seriously please ^~^.

Goodness, 100 is a bigger challenge than I previously thought

Update: 100 is now and extra challenge, go to 50 posts, good grief!

~Reserved~

List of participants and those with the fastest times.

Best way to get accurate results as who got the fastest times is to do the event and nothing else until you're finished, I'll search your name and view your posts seeing it it has my mark and they're all posts in different threads

Also if you have questions, post, though I'm sure I covered everything >>

Interesting idea. However I would suggest against reviving old threads. No need to Necro to find things to discuss.

Well the point was to find another thread as fast as you can, a random jump, or staying in the same general area but never posting in the same thread until post #100. So it could be reviving, or continuing like I said o.o

edit

oh oh, read too fast, against reviving, righto, hmm

DOUBLE POST/BUMP

Okay, I guess it's better not to revive old thread since it may lead to unwanted conflicts, just find threads on the first and second page, if you run out, then go to another forum to continue

TRIPLE POST

event starting soon, in 30 mins.

reminder: this event is unofficial, and reward is undecided >>

once again id like to remind no spamming, SCP# 1-100 depending on what num post it is and put detail in your quick post, then jump to another one

if its a spam thread, spam away, if its just an off topic thread, go with it

keep track of what num post you're on, im going to search and check all who submit their name telling me who participated.
