Do license have level limit?

I was working on my coli license than when I level the license stops growing no matter how many more I kill.

So my question is does license have level limit and do anybody know what they are?

well i think it should have a limit.. well for mine everything is okay as I level.. weird.. ><

Yes, there's a limit. Once the color of the monster turns gray, you can no longer level the license.
