Having trouble getting past character select

For some reason it when ever i try to log in, it works up until i select my character. i dont know why, but my fiesta window closes and my cousor gets forzen, and then i end up having to restart my computer. i have been checking non-fiesta related folders and applications and such to resolve it, but nothing helps. im in desperate need of help, so if anyone has expirenced this and fixed it, or knows how to repair it, that would be awsome.


please could someone give me some advice?
