I had the same problem as well. The game works perfectly after i create the character, so the problem lies in the character creation screen. The best way right now is a youtube video, which shows the different styles of characters and the number of clicks it takes to get to them. Here is a link to the video:

I'm having this same problem. The youtube video is decent but not exactly perfect for this. Until the problem is fixed, could someone post a screenshot of each hairstyle and color with a label for which each one is? It would really help those of us that can't see what we're doing.
