Receiving Mara's Ring From Quest

Ok.... So i have killed mara and went back to roumen to return quest. I return the quest and suddenly it didnt give me another quest to go to Guard Captain Shuitan! I have played in Closed Beta and did this quest 4 times. This is the First time it didnt give me the Ring. I Do not know what is wrong, but please tell me what is wrong with this!
