Unable To Login

So, I have been trying to log into the Beta for some time now. It keeps giving me this error.

"There was a problem logging you in.

Either your username or password was incorrect, or you are unauthorized to participate in the closed beta.

(401-0: Unauthorized)"

Can any one tell me what exactly what to do? I've changed my password TWICE. So, why can't I log in...?

I am glad that it is not me. I've looked through every thing and can't find a reason for it. Unless it is on the servers end.

yeah, I've seen a few threads about this.... I had my boyfriend try to log me in on his computer since he can get on fine, but it still gives the error with my account. I know it can't be that I'm not authorized for the closed beta, because I was part of the closed beta, I've been playing for weeks, had my character deleted, downloaded the latest version and played up until a few hours ago. and I know it's not a password issue, because I can log onto the website without a problem.....

OK, I have been patient for over five hours now. And my patience is running THIN. I'm tired of not being able to log into a game I signed up for.

Its because the client 1.2.60 is the one from the Closed Beta ans we need the newer One. The link on the website point to the ancient one. Try this URL (found on an other topic, I'm a neewb too ^^) ==> http://www.gigasize.com/get.php/3195467015/OutsparkFiesta_stub.1.2.60b.exe

Edit: And Remember that Fiesta is now in Open Beta, so your questions won't find answers in the Closed Beta section, save for ones like me who are digging in this forum ^^

Well Meilsy, there is not much we can do at this point in time. We have to wait and allow for them to fix THEIR error. Its not some thing we have control over... But when they get this fixed, hopefully soon. Do you want to party up and train together? I'm gunna be an archer.

Well for now you can't I cannot play yet. It will not allow me to login. But the second I can log in. I will totally party up with you. Especially if Meilsy joins in. That way he or she can be a Priest or Warrior. And than you could be a Mage or Priest.

Okay,I usually like to play a warrior or a priest anyways so I can be the priest if Meilsy doesnt want to be the priest I like to heal people:cool:

Hopefully I am right and hopefully I can be invited soon. Because I DO wish to Beta test this game. I beta tested World of Warcraft, City of Heroes, City of Villains, Ever Quest II, Dungeons and Dragons Online, Phantasy Star Universe, Phantasy Star Blue Burst, Knight Online, Silk Road Online, and Dark Age of Camelot. So I have quite a history.

It says Open Beta on the front page of Outspark. Yet I still can't log in.

If you have the username password problem, go to the site and change your password. I'm pretty sure you can even change it to the same thing you had before. That should do it.

That shouldn't be the case now that it's open Beta, and I was invited to the closed beta and I'm having some problems with it. Unfortunately we can't do too much, after all it is a beta TESTING. So we really just have to wait for the bugs to be ironed out.

my launcher wont work, i cant log in, and on the main site it gives a link to go to and update if need be and that link doesnt even work.

Open Beta doesn't require a invite, thus it being called Open Beta. Closed beta required invites because it was... well.. closed but to select people who were invited.

Well, I un-installed and reinstalled, and it kept giving me these wierd errors, and then closed the window, so.. =/ I hope it's repaired soon!

those people saying it's only newbies having problems, that's not true. I was in the closed beta test, and suddenly I can't get on anymore either. I was on for a couple moments just a little while ago after not being able to get on for 2 days, and it froze up with lag on me and I tried to log out and get back on, but now it gives me the error again -.-

I've been having the same problem, so I looked around to seee if everyone could fix it.

I'm downloading it on my comp now so I don't know if it works, but I'd give it a try.
