I would like to know how do become a GM I've asked around but have got no answer and would like a response easy to follow. Please don't right an essay that would take forever to read.

If you mean GM as in Game Master, then it is an actual full time work. You'll have to send in a job application to Outspark company. Here is their job requirement.

If you meant it as Guild Master, then you can create a guild after lv20 with 300s.
