i got like this huge update and my launcher was updating for like all night, and now everytime i log in and i choose the server the game freezes and then says "xen client.exe error" and then it just shuts down the game. help someone please!

OMG...I'm having the same problem. Can someone at Outspark plz help...because this is a pain in the rear.

OMG...ok I have the answer to this problem...what I did was uninstalled the game from my system completely. then go to the website and download the game all over again and then install it. it will take some time but you should get on after that. Let me know if it works for you.

same thing happened to me>> i deleted all files and now i reinstalled sos from the website and still everything is the same once i logg in and i try to click on a server it pops out with Xenclient.exe error someone help meO_O plzQ.Q

when i re-installed everything again, it didnt work.
but when my friend sent me her downloaded stuff to me, it worked :)

I have the same problem too! I start the launcher,log in,then the update window comes up and since I downloaded all the patches my game starts. Well yeah, it SHOULD. It does not. A black window appears, saying "initializing" this and that, the last one is "initializing video cache" then I get the .exe error message. What should I do? I meet the system requirements.

After the updates for 3-3-10 installed for me, I got a gltich where anytime I tried to open my inventory (either by clicking to open or using control E), it gave a client error and immediately booted me. Same issue for opening player made shops or trying to open my own shop. So I just uninstalled completely and reinstalled, using this guide http://www.outspark.com/forums/showthread.php?t=108359. It appeared to installed fine, but now in the middle of downloading the 3-3-10 updates, the SoS Client closes for an error.
I had similar problem trying to download and use o+ just a few weeks ago. Only way I got the game working again was by doing a manual update. (Thankfully I have a working version on an old laptop; problem is laptop causes way too much lag that I can't play.) I don't really want to keep having to do manual updates every couple of weeks, but o+ fails for me.
