Can't enter chat

Pressing enter doesn't open and doesn't show my chat anymore. I can't see it, normaly, i can't talk, whisper with friends or everything else.
My enter button works <.<

I´ve the same problem on Epith-Server and wrote a thread in here a few days ago. No one answered to it, so I wrote a ticket, but the issue is unknown.
Here is the answer to my ticket from CSR_Hal:

I have not heard of this issue with any other users. It would seem that it is a problem related to your new computer. I would suggest contacting your laptop manufacturer and asking their advice on this topic. Also check for any software updates to your laptop; this may be a driver issue and there could be a fix for it already on your laptop's website. Please explore these suggestions and report the results to me. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Then I contacted my laptop manufacturer (Toshiba), but they couldn´t help me too, because they could only give support to tested/certificated software from Toshiba... They only suggested me to reinstall the game, i tried, it doesn't solve the Problem

Did you change some things on your PC in the last days (eg. OS, RAM,...)? Can you post your system requirements? Maybe we find a solution at ourselves...

These are mine:

Notebook: Toshiba Satellite P300D
OS: MS WinVista Home Premium
HDD: 320GB
Chip: AMD Athlon Dual-Core QL-60-Processor (2*1,9Ghz)
RAM: 4096MB
grafics: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 3470 (256MB) (external)
and ATI HD 3100 (Hybrid Crossfire) (internal)
...uhm...forgot sumthing?:)

BTW: where do u come from? I´m an european player...

There´s an (annoying) another way to chat with someone:
1. Mark a player or a name in the chat window
2. Right Click it
3. Choose whisper (->chat bar opens)
4. switch back to normal chat
5. write your text n press enter...

btw: in my case my enter button works to close the chat, same for you?

No! i didn't change anything YOY Never happen this before... just one day the chat dissappear!
