...log off? The game doesn't allow me to exit and I cannot figure out how to log off in a safe way. Tell me if I'm being extremely dumb about this :confused:

if you look at the upper left corner of your keyboard you will see a button marked "esc" this button doesn many magic and wonderous things such as allowing you to "escape" from things; the game for example.
