Is Outspark neglecting SotS?

I'm very frustrated with the situation, and would like to see more involvement from Outspark in Sots instead of focusing on the other games, but making negative posts won't help improve the situation. and all i want is for the situation to get better, so in the spirit of a positive community i will delete my post.

Look at it this way...they have a new game coming to closed beta soon, they have another new game a few days away from releasing in open beta, and they have their most popular game, Fiesta, getting ready for a cap raise and several huge features being added. Making excuses? I'd say they are doing a fine job. Everyone has to wait for problems to get fixed, why should you be any different?

I think they have been planning to release the other projects that you see long before break was gone. They are showing a lot of activity these fast few days and sincerely answering questions by players. They can’t do magic and turn this game into what we want it to be. I think they deserve a rest from this kind of threads.

I don't think Outspark particularly neglects Sots per say, but it would be nice if we could start getting a few more benefits like Fiesta did when it was about Sots' age...(it makes sense, just think about it) Like a new server would do wonders for Sots

On Topic: I'm iffy on that. On one hand I think that Outspark is trying their best to make SotS a better game, but since they're only the middle men and are absolutely dependent on DNC for any game related changes other than the cash shop, they're not able to do much. On the other part of me thinks that they don't pester DNC enough for prompt reactions on bug fixes. (I've mentally established DNC as lazy so yeah >.> )

maybe, though i don't think we can attribute the lack of official events on the DNC. i think it's that they are just too busy working on the other games and only have limited resources. so people that were working on SotS have moved to working on some of the other projects.

That is incorrect and only speculation. How do you know if we moved people? If you are referring to Rider then SKiNG explained it HERE (http://outspark.com/forums/showpost.php?p=928287&postcount=59).

Have you read the thread where SKiNG is collecting feedback here from the community about the most important bugs and issues they would like to see fixed? It's a work in progress.

The experience system in Secret of Solstice is bloody terrible. I paid spark cash through paypal. Aren't we paying them enough. I guess all they really focus on is making real money. Don't even ask why Gm Break left them. They sucks. They keep puting more spark cash items. They don't even fix the constant lag and game bugs

First of all, nobody is forcing you to play this game. If it really bugs you that much, leave.

Second of all, nobody is forcing you to buy from the cash shop. If you try to counter with the "But leveling is IMPOSSIBLE without it!" I am friends with a Rogue on her way to Assassin in her 90's who has never used a booster or a pendant from the cash shop. So just suck it up.

Third of all, this game is in Open Beta. This is not a finished product. Don't expect everything to be perfect. There are only so many GM's and other staff who can listen to the probably hundreds of complaints every day. I'm sure they are taking note of the most commonly reported bugs/issues and are either working on them or going to work on them whenever what they are currently doing is finished.

SotS is not OutSpark's only game. It is not their only concern.

I have paid probably about 500$ to this game, thank you very much. Don't assume, we all know what it does. ;)

This level 9x rogue is named Helen. Many people in the non-whiner community probably at least know her. She's online right now, in fact, but her status says she's sleeping.

There have been a ton of changes, although mostly they have been for lower level people, such as the second-class change fix, or the tips spewed for Xenians.

And you know there is a button that lets you edit your post? It's under your post, and it says "Edit" so you don't have to double post.
May I inquire as to what level you are/when you started playing?

You're right, you can say what you want--as can I. I just think it's really stupid to continue playing a game that you are whining about. It's simple really, just stop playing.

Lol, believe it or not, about 90% of that money didn't go to things to help me level. I wanted my character to look how I wanted it to look, so I bought SC items. I didn't BUY my levels. I earned them. (Except for the last two, which I earned by sitting invisibly in Parade Valley--but wait. Are you familiar with where that is? I notice you didn't respond to anything in my post except the amount of money I spent.)

I have to agree about the fact too that was still a Open Beta game. So if you don't like this game anymore, just quit and stop wasting your time posting like theses one up here.

Well I guess you haven't seen my character do you... It is loaded with spark cash items. You can ask Gm's to look in my account if you want proof... I won't be complaining if I did not spend money on this game at the first place. Do you want me email you all the receipts I got on my email.... you can count them aswell so that you will know how many times I payed on this game.. just give me your email and I will send you all the receipts... I f you are in doubt.

I payed for it, I talk to gm's they say they could not do anything about it... That ticks me of because you payed them real money.... they don't deliver the service... That was a long time ago, so the past is the past and what's done is done. I have realized too by complaining too much on this game isn't a good thing to do on the past, so i have decided to not continue complaining and play this game normaly.
