In-Game Error and in need of help!

I just got to 20 bought a hobby and learned riding skill but the min i tried hoping on my hobby it says can't use due to class requirement. Could anyone help in anyway?

I believe you have to finish the "Shadow Dungeon" quest first. It is the Class advancement quest. You can't wear the 20+ level armor or weapon until you finish it either.
