Difference between KQ and Abyss blue weps

What is the difference between KQ blues and Abyss blues?

Kq blue stats have a really low stat range - compared to the abyss dropped blues.

I was in my party in abyss, and I lost a blue piece of armor...
The guy who got it said it had sucky stats, and anyway, it was for fighters ^_^
