WHY cant i report SPAMMERS???

i always get the names right (even though on epith its names like dfdtedf) and they are spamming out AND SPAMMING me in WHISPERS, and so i go to report it, give the name and details, and it says "no chat log, chat will not be reported" even though im LOOKING at the chat hes doing right then!!

this has happened 4 times now, mostly with guys promoting fiesta gold/silver sites.
i cant paly with my girl when every minute i get a whisper "Hey for best silver fo to fiestsagold BS.com"...why cant i report them?

Because the report button in game is not functioning yet :) Best thing you can do is block them so they won't bother you anymore, or you can whisper their name+location to any gm or csr or cl online at that moment, or even take a screenshot and pm it to fiesta_help if you wish.

The report button will be functioning in the future :)

Because they are the anti-1337 and will erode your computer's report systems into dust.

u can report the ones who whisper u by taking a screnie then send to a gm then the delete them or sumthing

Um, the in-game report feature used to work. They just removed it because they want everyone to report via Fiesta_Help with screenshots.

PMing screenshots to Fiesta_Help is more effective. But usually a GL or CSR will come through and get them either way.
