Reset Scrolls Not working error 1794

Well I prolly don't post this here,but I yelled everywhere and none seemed to answer me,and I think this is bug,The reset scroll in the store is NOT working,it says"error 1794 undefineable" so could some one help me out please.....

u dont have to use them u just have to go to stats menu and reset those stats u want

just open the stats of ur char, and now u'll see another arrow in the stats (Down arrow)
