Well first you have to find a place to upload pics to. Like photobucket
Then just grab the img code and paste it into the message :D
Its pretty easy ^.^

To have a Direct Link, just right-click a image, click on "Properties" and copy the url...
But if you want to use your own image, you need to upload it... Tinypic (http://tinypic.com), Imageshack (http://imageshack.us) and Photobucket (http://photobucket.com) are some sites for that. Once you upload the image, copy the Direct Link of the image and put it between [img] tags.
