Help plz, I'm having a charater problem

I just downloaded to new client, and I want to know why that when I came in Fiesta with it, All my charaters are gone.

What is going on?

I heard someone posted abt all the closed beta's users characters were deleted. Only the lvl 20+ ones weren't ( he did mention sth abt only the NAMES were saved )

By the way , how did u manage to get in the game O_O?

What? I just logged in with my account. and saw that all my charaters were gone.

I downloaded it from the website. I just went to it just now and it says "Page not found". *** mate?

Standard Procedure. At the end of Closed Beta ALL Characters were either deleted or reset to 1st level( if you made it past 20 the name was saved). Everyone started Open Beta at 1st level.

How is reseting charaters under level 20 to level 1 fair?

EVERY characters that played in the closed beta was resetted to level 1 , not just the ones under lvl 20.

Characters needed to be deleted because any one made with a previous client could have bugs and glitches that they didn't want carried over to the new client. Also all the free stuff they gave away during CB would not be fair to new players. The deletion of these characters was common knowledge, they told you that before you ever started playing( if you took the time to actually read it and not just click through)aswell as posted numerous times here on the forums.So, not knowing was your own fault. Closed beta is a testing phase and not a personal headstart for you. 90% of games delete the characters at the end of CB. My suggestion is, if you don't want it to happen again then please stay out of any further Closed beta's.Those are only a couple of the many reasons they get deleted at the end of CB. As I said earlier it is Standard Procedure. This has to be your first time in a Closed beta. I am not trying to be mean, just stating Facts.
