Blue/White Dress?

I found someone wearing a blue/white dress today, it has angel wings on the back of it, seems to be from the cash shop. Anyone know what it's called?

Edit I found out. Tuxedo. Rather odd name for it :/

I assume that it was a GM prize for an event; this happened in CB as well. It will probably be a Cash Shop item in the future.

I think I know which dress you're talking about. I saw it and thought the Cash Shop was finally open but alas I was mistaken. So my only other guess is that it is a GM event reward, as we did have those in CB.
