Confused Newbie...Help Pls

The confused me had some of the stuff figured out but now my character starts walking like old man (seriously, i am not kidding) or sometimes walk around in weird pose. What is wrong with my character? My first guess would be technical error but then again it could be a key I press or sth.
Anyone can help me out? Thank you in advance!!!

Press Z on your keyboard to switch back to run from walk. You must have pressed it at some point.

oh no it is not that. Actually I did have trouble with the run/walk thing before but this time it is not that. LOL. The character was hunching and running slower than normal.

Are you experiencing a slide show? Try using shift+z to hide the characters, maybe that'd work.
