Ok, this was posted in the Bug Reporting under Closed Beta, so maybe it's not monitored anymore. In any event I thought I should repost it here in the hopes that some kind GM/PM would see it and HELP!!!!!!!!! :confused: These are not all of the replies because most of them said the same general thing - they can't get in and the launcher is telling us that we are unauthorized to participate in Closed Beta.
When I click the "play" button, the game will open a white window, and my mouse cursor will change into the game's one.* But, it stays at that white screen. .
The program then stops responding.

The old client does NOT work. You have to download the new one. But if you would have read the News and Announcements you would have known that. /sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-surprised.gif
That's all well and good. And fyi, I did read the News and Announcements. However, mine gets a twist. We have three people with accounts in my household - myself and two of my sons. I can log in with no problems - in fact, I'm logged in right this very second. And my younger son can log in with no problems. However, my oldest gets that message about not being authorized for closed beta. We each log in (obviously at different times) on the same computer and with the same launcher. So why is it working for two out of the three accounts?
Now, I am currently re-downloading the launcher. Understand I say *re-downloading* the launcher because I verified that the one I installed previously is the exact same version that I am downloading right now - OutsparkFiesta.1.2.60b.
If this does anything to correct the problem, I'll let you know.
I re-downloaded and installed to a different drive after uninstalling the first install and removing everything that had anything to do with Fiesta. It did exactly NADA, NOTHING, ZERO, ZIP. I can still log in fine. My oldest still gets the not authorized for closed beta message. Looks like there is a problem with the launcher people.
