Email doesn't get to me! [Archive]

I got my email and I tried 2 different emails one from Gmail and the other one from hotmail, and still none of them worked the activation link never came and I clicked resend verification email like 7 times and still doesn't work. Please help

I seem to be having this same problem, unfortunately. Checked, double checked, and triple checked to make sure I had entered the right e-mail address, and it is correct, but the account activation e-mail does not reach me. Just wondering if maybe someone is going on in the website that's causing a stall on the verification e-mail? Any help would be greatly appreciated. ^^

I'll tell my theory again. Maybe the staff of outspark needs to send it manually to you. They just begun as well, so don't expect high-tech stuff immediately

Make sure it isn't being filtered out by your email spam blocker or being sent to a spam folder in your email.

If the staff needed to send it manually, I don't think the "Re-send E-Mail Verification" notice would say that the e-mail had been sent. Everytime I choose to resend, a message pops up saying that the e-mail has been sent, so I'm guessing that it is done so automatically. I'm still thinking that something is going on with the transition from Closed to Open Beta or something, and is causing the e-mail to stall or malfunction.

i had a very very very hard time with it getting to my gmail account, i finally had to sign up using my aol account and then it finally went through. maybe there is some problem with gmail accounts that we don't really know about...

Well whaddya know.

I randomly decided to re-send the e-mail to me just before I went to bed, and I got it. Maybe they've fixed whatever bug that was causing the problem~. Whoot.

Hotmail works fine. I've used that to sign up.
