View Full Version : Cash Shop problem

this is strange for me since i'm usually helping others rather than asking for help myself, but i guess it's time for a change :D

i'm having a problem with my cash shop...when i log on, i cant see the items that are for sale, i can see the purchases section, the backpack section, but not the actual store itself and it's frustrating xD oh and this happened after the last patch was put on...i Pmed Fiesta_Help to see what they say(still waiting for an answer), all of my patches are installed, i even installed the manual patch just in case and still nothing xD

just wondering if anyone else had this problem

Fiesta Store is html/web based and is separate from the game.

You should try to see if you can view the store on the website as well.

i did..i tried both in game, and on the site..still the same problem

Try pressing "F5" on the website in the store page.

what internet browser are you using?
have you tried restarting your computer?

hm...still doesnt work i pressed F5, then looked through the item categories and caught a flash of some of the items, but they didnt stay on the screen for long

i use Avant Browser, but i tried it on Internet Explorer too..and yes i've restarted my computer

Spam F5 until it works or try clearing your cookies.

lol it showed up again, but the items arent staying on the page like they should

Edit: pets and packs page opens now xD

a guildmate had this problem too, seems like sometimes it has errors in pages (may be false negatives)

i dont know what they did, he said it just started working again

i had the opening page of the shop just appear as a blank white space. though when i clicked through the individual sections, everything appeared as normal.

I would try clearing browser cache and cookies, then reloading the page.

There are a few things that could be going on here (assuming this is still an issue):

Your computer will automatically save a snapshot of websites you have visited in an effort to make them load faster for you the next time you visit. These are your “cookies”. The problem with that is once a page updates its information the cookie may no longer be valid and will try to pull up old, now non-existent information, causing an error similar to what you are describing. Clearing your cache and history, then restarting your browser usually solves this issue.

The other possibility is there is something wrong with the site, but it seems this issue is happening to a few individuals and not across the board, so I am disinclined to think this is what’s going on; it’s probably more likely the cookie issue.

If clearing your cache, etc. still doesn’t work then I would say send an email to support@outspark.com as cash shop issues are the CSRs domain, not the GMs, and they should be able to resolve the issue more quickly for you.
