Cash Shop Woes - License Remover

How on earth are you supposed to use this thing? Has anyone had luck with it? I right-click on the item, and it gives me a screen similar to the license registration screen. Then I put the weapon in. And then nothing I click has any effect on the weapon. T_T' Help would be greatly appreciated.

I've never used one but have you tried clicking the little image to the far right where you put the license appears?

Yeah, that's the first thing I tried. :( It looked so much like the license registration window that it just seemed like the obvious thing to do. And now I've been told by another user that, despite no mention of it in the cash shop, the first license cannot be cleared. That seems rather.... problematic.... to me.

I bought one the day it came out. I really don't remember how it worked, but I had no problem removing the license. I do remember that it's not necessary to visit a weapon title NPC.

Be it intentional or not, the lic remover will not take off the the last lic ( meaning there will always be one on) you should report this in the bug forum if you feel its a bug.

Well, perhaps it is necessary to de-equip the weapon before you use the tool. I think you have to do that at the regular registration shop, maybe it is required for this as well?

Completely, not the answer our friend in peril is looking for.

Fennec, if anything (but I'm sure you've already tried), you should try taking the license remover from the premium bag, then use it there and then.

If that doesn't work, go up to the License master and try dragging the remover into the spot you'd usually set a license in... then click on the side block that "engraves" the license?

I'd have to purchase one to let you know how it's done, but I'm not coming home until Friday.

Why would you want to remove a license?

there's a multitude of reasons to remove a license.
1. Inappropriate License for that Level
2. Bad mob selection - too few, too difficult
3. The new user wants their name on the weapon
4. Resale value oftentimes is higher on a "clean" weapon than one with an incomplete license

In the case of the Navar License, i know that at my current lvl (capped) i can no longer lvl this license as Navars are now grey mobs. i know because i have a wand with that exact license on it stuck @ 81% to complete (4% max crit bonus). that's only 19 full-room pulls from completion ><

ok its bad design by outspark that makes it hard 2 remove the licence


when your on the removal screen , close all other windows on the screen and u will see a little box with an X on it directly to the right of the licence name ,

its hard 2 see cauz generally ur inventory covers it up, close it and u should see it , its there , just hard 2 find
