Can't log in? I MAY have a solution

Ok so I know everyone is frustrated cause they can't log in.

So I started to do some research on the download page and found this:

http://outspark.com/fiesta_download_win

But thats an invalid url address. So I'm thinking, maybe they mistook the '_' for '/'

http://outspark.com/fiesta/download/win

So I replaced them, and voila! A different 3mb file showed up. Not sure if the GM's would be too happy for me looking around the source codes o.o;;

But maybe it can help? Right now mine is installing so I still have no proof that it works.

But I want you guyst to try it out yourselves to see if it makes things work.

I'll be editing this post, assuming I can edit posts, after I try it out and see if it works! =]

[Edit 9.2.07 - 12:10PM] Ok new update! As I can see a few people have had their problem solved by the link I have given. For some it has not. Like me for instance. I have found another solution given by another member. So if the above doesn't work for you, try this method:

First I uninstalled the old launcher and downloaded from Kiseph's link. I still got the login error though so I went to the homepage www.outspark.com, logged out of the site, and clicked the 'Reset login information' link. This sent me an email with a link allowing me to log into the site again and set up a brand new password. After that I opened the launcher and was able to log in!

The odd thing though is that I have two accounts with the login problem, and after getting the new client and resetting the login information of only one account, I was then able to log into the game with the other account as well.

Hope that works for those of you having trouble still. And thanks, Kiseph, for the download link.

OK well so far from what I've heard I would have to assume that the problem isn't the launcher.

It has to be something to do with the servers, connections, accounts, anything that is used as reference for the game excluding the program itself.

This would have to be my opinion JUDGING on a few cases that I've read about people logging on some accounts but not on others while on the SAME computer.

Well either way all we can do is wait, and maybe just keep trying until it gets fixed XD

quick question when the server says busy or closed what do i do just wait or ***** and moan?

Draco, when it's Busy, you can still enter it. It's kind of like a warning, since, when it's Busy, the server will be rather slow, and the game won't run as smoothly as it would otherwise.

If it's closed, it's closed. That pretty much means that you can't get on it. If you really want on that particular server, then, sure. ***** and moan all you'd like. xD There's nothing to do but wait, or go to the busy, slower server.

i got invited to play in 2nd closed beta
downloaded client.
beta ended
uninstalled client
open beta began
downloaded client
no problems with login

Hmmm I'm not sure about the Japanese letters, I haven't received any errors like those. If you find a solution let me know, I'll put it up in the first post. And Kimimaro, when you used the log in once did you change your password?

The only thing I can suggest is uninstalling anything and re-installing it. Restarting your computer may help sometimes. After that, if it doesn't work then try to change your password through outspark.com As a last resort be sure to check your firewalls, if they are blocking your game then make an exception for the game or just disable it.

These are just the common solutions. I do not know any solutions for the fiesta.bin, or any errors that are random characters. If I find anything I'll be sure to add it to the first post. But for now if nothing works then all you can do is wait for the creators to fix this problem, assuming they can lol
