Inaccessable Treasure Chest???

While roaming Sand Beach I came across the first treasure chest I'd ever seen, when I went to get it I got the message Area Inaccessable as indicated in the screenshot.

Yes, that chest is still there, dead center of the square E2.

If the distribution of chests is done by some randomizing automatic routine, then this might count as a bug.

If a GM deliberately places the chests, however, then this might count as a twisted practical joke. The chest is just out of reach, bouncing about, full of sweets and joy and joyness.

If the latter is the case and this is a joke, then this constitutes mental cruelty, and I will have to engage the services of Warrior Master Marty, who, in addition to being on the cutting edge of fashion, is also a bloodthirsty tort attorney.
