To anyone who can currently log in.
Could I impose a small favor of you?
After installing 3 times each with a fresh install I still am unable to connect.
I have tracert'ed each server with no failures to ping.
I have tried to force the launcher to auto re-update itself by deleting key components.
I have searched the forums for any other possible download links.
During the second and third install I received 2 errors, A c++ code function error and A file line code error. Both are related to the file C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\rb\launcher.rb
My direct X is fully up to date. My internet explorer version is 6.0. My Firefox is fully up to date.
What I would ask is that someone who CAN login just fine would host the file "C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\rb\launcher.rb" on a host service such as rapidshare or yousendit or sendspace or something of the like.
So I can download it, set my copy of the file aside, and replace it with the one from the working version. I can't code but since it does happen to do with the launcher I have a feeling it might be misdirecting the connection or filtering whom can connect with this file, of course i could be totally off base but with that file being related to both of my errors both times during the second and third install I would think it might just be the cause of why some can or cannot connect.
