Um... is that different than the sig image you have now? have you saved this image to a photo hosting site such as photobucket, etc.?

u need to upload it via photobucket or another hosting site...

Go to photobucket.com or imageshack.com and create an account. Upload the file you want to either of those sites. They will create an tag for you which you just copy+paste into your sig area.
