You'll need to be more specific as we can't tell if you have an avatar but a green dot is causing you issues or if you can't create an avatar because of some green dot. It's best if you're more specific and detailed.

When I go to the Control panel and hit "CHange avatar" there is a white circle with a green dot in it that says "do not use an avatar" next to it. Clicking on it changes nothing. How do I use an avatar therefore?

I think they mean on forums.... this is the forum board. I have same issue, are there not forum avatar options as of yet or what? Also why does it tell me access denied when trying to change my profile options????

I don't think they allow forum avatars yet...I don't even think the GM's have them yet do they?
