Can't Login in game nor website

Hi GM, I can't login to game and the website. I tried changing my password using email address but it says email not registered but i cant prove i used that particular email to register for that account.

Please Help.

I have installed the newest client and I can login yesterday but not today. My account is a close beta tester.
