I can't enter the game with any of my characters. Anyone know what to do?

I've same kind of problem,
At the login page i failed to connect:
"either your user name or pssword is incorrect or you are not authorized to participate to closed beta(401-0)"
fine but i would connect to the open beta ...
server teva may be down or what?
