"Underwater walking bug"

I teleported to Roumen and went to maria to finish quest instead of crossing the pridge/pierce i walked under it character started went down right when i steped on it, and it looked like walking underwater + all characters & maria were under the bridge aswell.I finished the quest, took it again and went back to hunt more ratman, then again instead of walking up the stairs to the hier section of town my character went under the stairs,and just like before characers & npc were there aswell i walked this way up to the end of town, and then i retuned to the ground again.Also if i try walking back & forth where i went/retuned from below ground this glitch keeps happening

celeron 2.4 GHz
1536 mb ram
radeon 9800 pro

this happend to me once, realy its more of a graphics glitch, because every1 will be able to see u walking above groud instead of under it. try restarting ur comp if it gets too bad.

Couple things to try.

relog into the game, reboot, update your drivers.

Usually it's only a temporaty glitch and relogging solves it. I had it once where in the Gold Hill KQ, everything was compressed together. when zoomed out looked like I was in a giant crystal.
