Pet quest bug

I'm on step 26 i upgraded my incubator to B and the egg doesn't respond to me. i reloged and restarted my comp.this quest cost me alot of kron and time. If ya can't fix this can ya just give me a pet?

26th Step: The egg is sick again

* Talk to the acolyte guild leader Mordine, he says you can cure the egg by heating it up
* Go talk to the brynhild blacksmith, he says that you have to hold the egg down while its being heated. He also says not to move. (I'm not exactly sure what that means, I think you just have to stay in the shop)
* Wait one minute (you can see the timer)
* Talk to the egg, its feeling better!
* 4 hour cool down


If so... You just messed up.... >.<
Doesn't say anything about upgrading your incubator =\
You just need to talk to blacksmith so he can heat up the egg.
Errr I guess you can try contact rider and he might be able to switch your incubator B to A again.


On step 29 is where you were supposed to use the Xen stone~


29th Step: Egg says it can't breathe

* Talk to the enchanter, he tells you that you have to enhance your incubator
* Take the incubator + 1 xen stone to the brynhild blacksmith to get it enhanced (just like with a weapon) Warning - the Xen can fail
* Talk to the egg
* 4 hour cool down

sorry >.< i mean step 19. i made the incubator A talk to the egg nothing happend. reloged nothing happend. then i just xen it.
