This is the message I get every time I try to login to the game. I have no clue what the game's trying to do since there isn't even a Fiesta folder in my Outspark folder. Supposedly the Outspark launcher "installed" the game, but I have my doubts as the Outspark folder is only 4.6 mb in size.

Hmmm. You DLed the first part of the client but I dont think it went to the 2nd part which actually DLs the 600MB file, uninstalls the old version, and then installs the new one.
If you still have the original file you DLed, find it on your hard drive and run it again. I'm not sure if it'll work but it that's what it sounds like the problem is based on the file sizes in the folder.

OK...I've joined the :"Fiesta.exe isn't in Outspark..." Error list.
The only clue I have about what's wrong....and I AM running Windows Vista....is that the swap file size might get in the road of the actual installation of the executible.....I've tried uninstalling and downloading again and again....and it keeps erroring out.....so now I'll reduce the swap file size....and run the Launcher again...(sigh)...and see if that helps....more later? Hmmmm...maybe....lol.

have u tryed to install directly from the installer...not the launcher??? can some1 actually describe this error as good as they can??? i might be able to help but i need a full explanation of the error as in: pagefile usage in the moment of the error, swapfile memory usage(task manager->processes) and the exact message.

If someone would just post the fiesta.bin file to this forum I'd be able to play this silly game!

I am having this problem as well, I have re-downloaded/installed twice. After both attempts I was able to get into the screen where you choose which server you want, but I was not able to get any further than that (wasn't able to even quit from the same menu). After I end process the program I get errors to this effect:
http://i47.photobucket.com/albums/f165/arekthewild/FiestaPic1.jpg
I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate, fully updated. The last few characters there after \Fiesta there are a mystery to me and change every time I attempt to reconnect. I have checked the Fiesta_path file to make sure that's correct and it looks to be correct. Hope this info can help get a fix going.
Edit: The fiesta.bin file does exist at the correct location however, everything seems to be in place program wise.
Further Edit: That error is only appearing when I run it in XP SP2 compatibility mode. When I don't run it in compatibility mode I get to the server select screen but it goes no further than that, no matter how long I wait.
Edit (again): Ok...the strangest thing just happened...I started it up again, but this time ran the launcher as administrator and it worked...which makes no sense since I have user account control turned off.

I received that same error and what I did to correct it was...
1)Uninstalled the game.
2)Upgraded to Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0 (use google)
3)Restarted my computer.
4)Then upgraded my ATI Radeon Drivers.
5)Restarted my computer.
6)Reinstalled the game.
My .bin error went away 12pm this afternoon. The game boots up fine, however, I receive the "cannot connect to servers" error message now. But that's another forum post
Hope that helps!

Right guys I had this problem but I found the solution. This is what happened to me anyway. I downloaded and installed fiesta fine but when logging in at the launcher screen a message came up with "Would you like to install fiesta?" Obviously I clicked yes.
This is where the problem starts. When you click "yes" for some reason fiesta will delete the folder at c:/program files/Outspark/Fiesta and so continue to download a patch but NOT the replacement file so resulting in the fiesta.bin not found as fiesta.bin is in that folder (the 600mb ish one).
The solution I found was to re-install the whole game then copy the 600mb "fiesta" folder to another place in your computer. Run the launcher and click yes to "Would you like to install fiesta?" Fiesta will then proceed to delete the folder. When above the log in box it says installation complete or some such close the launcher. Then copy the folder from wherever it was back into the c:/Program files/Outspark folder. When you start the launcher it should let you play with no problems. Enjoy the game!
(note: The c:/program files/outspark is just wherever you chose to install the file to so it may not be called exactly that. Also the fiesta folder is pretty huge so it may take some time to copy, 20 mins in my case, so dont stop it if you don't think it's working, wait an hour first to be safe.)
------>Edit
To clear it up fiesta is does not have a vista incopatibility as I'm using vista and it works fine :D
