New Player...and can't even play

Hi,
I just tried downloading Solstice a couple days ago. Its fine untill after its done downloading the updates and then it shuts me down with an error. Im attaching a pic of the exact error. The first time I tried to run the game it was fine untill I got to the create character screen. Like many other people, I can't see what i'm doing. I have ran my spyware and virus programs and nothing is wrong. I have the right computer requirements. I have even completely wiped the game off my computer and downloaded/reinstalled again. It still does the same thing.
Any Suggestions?

Make sure, you don't have things like: Kazaa, Bearshare, and Limewire on you computer, these downloading progams can cause random problems, some can't be detected. Also, make sure your firewall(s) are turned off or allow full access, on the game.

Oh i have the same problem! So it is Limewire, huh Thanks man! But is there a way to delete the solstice files on our computer?

The thing is though, I don't have Limewire. Also I know someone who does have Limewire and his works fine so this is not the problem.

I'm having problems with the character creation part. I can create a character but I can't see the appearance of the character that I'm creating. I can see the character apperance after I hit the create button and I;m on the character selection screen. please help me.
