Not sure if this'll help but I read a previous post a while back about the same thing. Moderator had mentioned something about if you experienced such that if you logged into the website here and changed/reset your password and tried again that it should work.

Wether this is still a viable resolve for that, I don't know but hope it works for you.

If you have NOT downloaded the New client for OB ( available Aug. 27th) Then you will have to do so. The old CB client does NOT work anymore. It gives the " 401-0 unauthorized"
message.

Happened to me as well, i believe its because server is down or too busy because i had that problem but after a while i can get in
