I discovered that now when i play Secret Of The Solstice that my Information windows are gone...
I tried dragging up the screen thinking that maybe they were covered up but they werent...their just gone
Please help me somebody :(

not sure what you mean by info windows? are you talking about the icon bar to bring up various windows in-game? like the guild or inventory screens?
The shortcuts are easy to learn, and if you lost your menu bar you can press alt+X to bring it back.

there are shortcuts for every window(you can try all the alt+...), exactly which information window are you missing?
Or is it that they are there but off the edge of the screen? eg when some people switch between full screen and window mode the chat box line where you type gets moved off the botum of the game screen, making it impossible to chat, and forcing you to restart the program in order to continue to chat.
