Does each affect a different amount of points for a different class? For example, if i raise Spr, will it give more SP for a magician than a fighter? Reason is i'm planning on either making a Dexterity Fighter, or a Dexterity Archer.

no. theres a button you can press in the character menu (i forget what its called, but its with the stat points) that tells you what each point spent gives you.
