how do you set up to sell items

Press B, put in the house what you want to sell, enter the price, give the store a name and click open shop

More detailed on that is you can also press H, choose to sell. Another box'll open. What you'll do then is place an item in that box and then set a price on it.
Example being, you have get a +1 INT ring drop off a spawn. You do the above and then when you drop the ring in the sellers box, you'd put something like 100 in the copper area (or whatever number you deem would actually make it sellable) and when you're done, put more into the sellers box and repeat or you can just click on the set up shop and it'll do the rest for ya.
Great stuff if you're going to be away a while and want to make use of your downtime.
