try re-installing.
Also, you can go to network connections and try "Set up a home or small office network" in windows XP.
Last buy not least, don't forget you may have more than 1 firewall such as norton or mcafee, aol, anything!

are you using the latist fiesta launcher?
IE did you download the launcher a seccond time when the open beta came out?

Is it the same problem you had *flips back a page* nearly a year ago?
Or does it seem like a different problem?
